Are you sure? I have us at 200/201, with bing’s last turn being 198. I have no idea how this auction stuff is working
if you make an auction bid during an odd numbered turn you back up the picks by 3 turns, if you make an auction bid during an even numbered turn you back up the picks by 1.5 turns, but you round up if someone else didn't make a pick during an even numbered turn to give you a round number. BUT if the most recent act drafted prior to your turn has "punk" in their wikipedia description you have to calculate the present value of the act by taking the year the act was founded and plug it into a present value chart. so the year they were founded is the on the y-axis, obviously, but for the rate per period take the founding year of the last act you drafted and divide it by the founding year of the previously drafted act of the person who drafted the punk act (genre doesn't matter when calculating the rate). divide whichever act was founded EARLIER by the act founded LATER so you get a percentage, whatever percentage closest to that is your rate per period. connect the year the punk band was founded with the rate per period and that will give you another percentage per the present value chart, multiply that by the either 3 turns if odd or 1.5 turns if even to come up with how many turns the draft rolls back. again anything less than a whole number is rounded up unless multiple bids occurred during the same turn, then you just sum them and then round. note that if there is an active poll disputing any draft pick when your auction bid occurs you need to add one half percentage point to one whole percentage point to your rate per period based on the likelihood that the poll's resolution will be in favor of the drafter. if you don't feel you can reasonably estimate the likelihood of the dispute poll's outcome you are welcome to make another poll with answers ranging from 1 to 10 on how likely everyone else thinks the poll's resolution will be in favor of the drafter. if you skip this poll you may be called upon at a later date to provide support for your assertion.
