I'll give them this - it's interesting. Meh on the top 3, but Grace Jones is a great booking, and Postal Service without Death Cab is a first for this reunion I think? "Post Malone Performing a Special Country Set" is definitely the funniest "Returning to the Desert"-type poster placement I've seen.

This is easily the most interesting OSL lineup in years. Tyler/Killers/Sturgill is a great top 3, Grace Jones is a holy shit booking that I can't believe Coachella flopped on, Postal Service is always a win. Might actually get me back for three days now.
Tyler headlining again after only 3 years is something that would have been unheard of pre-covid but in the current landscape feels like the new normal unfortunately.
Big fan of the lineup though. Great to see some unique LN festival bookings for a change.

They really get this one right every year. Compared to nearly every other festival in the US, this one has some more unique flavors. Grace Jones and Slowdive and Postal Service is A+
I know very little of that undercard. Headliners are decent though. Have the killers been steady headlining for 10 years now though? I think the first time I saw them headline was Wayhome in 2015, and they've been going ever since

OSL isn’t livenation unless I missed something?
Youre not missing anything. APE is still indie and they put the festival on. Maybe they mixed uo when APE sold LIB to Penske which LN has a stake in.

Correct, I think the wires crossing comes from the fact that it’s run by Superfly, whose remaining stake in Bonnaroo was bought out by LN in 2019.

Probably more considering my first Coachella they headlined in 2009

I stand corrected. With the Superfly connection and OSL using Frontgate tickets I’ve always assumed it was LN owned.
It's going to be sad when something like Young the Giant plays against Grace Jones and Grace's crowd will make Blur's crowd at Coachella look like Bad Bunny in San Juan.
