What is something you do at a festival that you feel drastically improves your quality of life?
Personally, I only sleep in a hammock in a hammock stand. The elevated feet all night really make a world of difference even compared to sleeping on a cot (which is still wat better than an air mattress)

you must not toss and turn
I toss and turn a lot, and actually manage to stomach sleep in my hammock. I have an Eno, and I sit pretty comfortably in the pocket of that one without rolling out.

I prefer to use a cot, keeps me off the ground and air under me but more support. Gonna do at least one all nighter at WITW tho

I love my cot. I have never used my hammock at Bonnaroo, only home and Okeechobee. My cot got lots of use last Bonnaroo and I think might have convinced others to get a cot.
I got so lucky my first and most recent roo & was in the same plaza as the yoga barn so I just sleep there. The other one I stayed with my ex on her cot. Cot 10/10 ex 8/10 (she runs hot)

I was also by that barn last year chances are we walked past each other. It looked like a super cozy spot to sleep. This year I splurged for GA moon colony im so excited to be so close

It's one of those plaza centers. The theme is just relaxation but yeah lots of people were just sleeping there overnight

yes there’s no AC or anything but it’s completely covered and quiet (might even be white noise iirc) and there’s yoga mats and pillows everywhere and it has electricity so I would drag my sleeping bag all the way in the corner, steal a pillow, plug in my phone and hide the cord with the pillow and put the actual phone in MY pillowcase (to try to prevent theft lol) and curl up and go to sleep. I also would zip the sleeping bag all the way up and scoot the rest of my belongings (water bottle, clothes, etc) to my feet

Sweeney Dog(Big White Boi) and Holly(Fluffy small girl) Holly unfortunately passed last year, but after we found her on the street she provided us 10 years of joy. I miss her a ton. She lived a long and happy life though. After she passed a new lad entered our home: This crazy man is Larry. He's huge now. I don't have any updated photos, but he's a chaos causer.

this reminds me (because i would cocoon up in similar fashion with my phone, water bottle, and have an eye mask on and ear plugs in) that i was somewhat violently shaken awake from a deep, peaceful, slumber in the grove last year because the hammock i was snoozing in was "someone's friends" lmao. i was like aren't the hundreds of already hanging hammocks here just for public use i'm so confused?

I would never wake u up. Guy like me would just curl up in the dirt under you and keep watch to make sure no one else woke u up either.
