As long as people aren’t being disrespectful to crowds for other artists then who cares. I was weekend 2 at NMH and other than a few flower crown gals taking out their phones(which didn’t bother us one bit, just the band) they were quiet and nice.

A lot changed in that time. Theyre going to claw their way to the front and wont care who is on.

Well, it would be funny if Tyler was on before her then. That’ll make back to back appearances where his show got fucked by the crowd.

I think it depended where you were. Some people said they had talkers the whole set, some had none, I didn't have many problems but I did hear someone calling their friend going, "I'm over at the Outdoor Theater, there's this Christian band singing about Jesus playing right now".

Oh man, they were atrocious where I was. Pushing through, talking, no interest at all in listening to NMH, obnoxious. I have rarely experienced truly bad crowds at Coachella but those Lana fans are among the worst I have seen. Had a great time anyway.

I had to walk through that shitshow to even get into the pit and that was not pleasant. Getting out took a good 10 minutes and then just went to Main for Beck since I couldnt go try to shoot anything else.
Lana fans might rival the Beychella fans. Prepare yourselves.
If you haven't seen Tyler perform after Igor, I'd give him another chance. His show pre and post Igor are totally different calibers. He's consistently gotten much, much, better.

I don't think Tyler would agree to play Coachella again unless he was guaranteed to close the main stage.
I've never seen Tyler legitimately sad until his set before Beyonce. Not even when his fans booed Drake off at Flog Gnaw.
Rocky would be an excellent sub for either of them, but also, he's someone that would be a guest at both sets. Carti has also collabed with both Lana and Tyler, so that'll be interesting.
Yes Dua-Lana-Tyler will look weak when comparing to past years. But once every other NA fest books the same combo of RHCP-Post-SZA it’ll look both strong and unique.
Also since it keeps coming up 2019 was a banger of a year for Coach, we’d be blessed to get an undercard that deep again.
Can someone ask the old lady from Egypt what she thinks of Lana Del Rey headlining Coachella so we can know whether the festival has redeemed its reputation as a laughingstock worldwide

Love Dua, but isn’t this new era kind of off to a slow start? Houdini hasn’t really been a hit out the gate.
Definitely off to a slow start, but she’s usually more of a slow burn. Dance The Night didn’t peak on the charts until more than 3 months after it came out.
