Gorillaz can’t even sell their first venture into stadium dates (barely a handful too) yet Zach Bryan doing a full fledged arena/stadium tour won’t be sub at worst, lol
the difference between Supre and me is that i dont mind Zach Bryan and im not dumb enough to say he's a mid-second line name, i just dont think hes playing because it seems inordinately dumb to have a massive country name headline Coachella when they run a whole ass country fest literally the next weekend

Zach Bryan is easily big enough to headline this festival but I also don't think he will headline if he plays. I could see him being cool with #2 spot just to play Coachella. He won't be lower than #2 on his day
wouldn't be surprised if the gap in the schedule is just off time though and all this speculation is for nothing. He literally played LA last week and seems to be specifically hitting markets in 2024 he didn't hit this year, not that crazy that he doesn't have an LA date.
anyone acting like he isn't big enough to be a #2 or even headline is really out of touch lol

This whole time I've been reading this thread thinking "Why are they talking about this guy like he's a new artist hasn't he been making music for over a decade now?" and then I realized that Luke Bryan and Zach Bryan are COMPLETELY different people.

This is interesting. If Zach Bryan plays, he's no further than a 2 and he's probably a headliner. I'm not sure how this translates to Coachella but he got over a million for some festival plays in the south this year. Do we think Gorillaz got a mil for being a two? I have no idea so I'm curious. They said Frank was gonna get 4 per weekend, yeah?

$4 mil per weekend has been the standard payday since maybe 2015 with Ac/Dc and Drake. Is Zach Bryan a headliner just cause he is demanding it and Paul caved or..... I dont mind if he plays at all, I just think maybe everyones assuming the overbilling cause its commonplace now. Like we think the Stagecoach people are gonna just scramble to Indio a week prior?
And lets point out he could play Bottlerock cause theres a gap between Tulsa and Vegas where that fits.
Yes, they do. Just because you're unaware of them doesn't mean they don't exist. A TON of younger people listen to Zach Bryan.
And a Bottlerock appearance doesn't explain why there is no LA date. Past Bottlerock headliners have announced LA dates before that lineup dropped with no issue, plus he's also doing a show in Sacramento which may be within their radius clause.
I don't care how big they are (a Coachella full of Travis Scott, Zach Bryan, ODESZA ETC). They suck. Fcuk that shit, not going even if they send me free passes again.
sure but what if they book confidence man next year
