I am surprised we haven’t talked about Blink more tho. Seems perfect for the fest but I think a lot of the pop punk nostalgia has ran its course. Stevie would be disappointing only bc she headlined Roo last year and has been to Atlanta a few times in the last few years.

Would that count them out? Are Twenty One Pilots still considered headliners at a festival like Shaky?
Edit:: To my surprise, 21P has 25mil monthly Spotify listeners, whereas Blink has just under 19mil. Didn’t realize they still held the popularity.
QOTSA seemingly confirmed with a date on Thurs May 2, 2024 in Raleigh, NC. Now the discussion begins on if they headline. I think so but they're def a step down in popularity from this years trio.
QOTSA went from headlining to pre headlining at RF.
I think that was more of a setup to allow DCFC singer to take a break before Postal Service close.

So decided to go through the Spotify followers of all the past headliners to see who has the most. Not surprised to see Green Day easily taking with 32 million but absolutely shocked to see how big The Lumineers are with 23 million, next I think is The Killers with 22 million and the Foo with 20 million. Also Metallica only has 25 million and Arctic Monkeys has 47 million
Sometimes I like to pretend I am not burdened by the scoopz and act as if I am one of you. I bet you can't imagine the stress it brings. Just picture it. Never being able to get in on the fun, little mocks. Never being surprised like everyone else on lineup day. Having my friends say they hate it or love it while I decided how I felt months ago. Did you consider any of that? No. You didn't. So, just let me escape this cruel fate even only for a minute and please, please let me just post my silly little mocks.
