But seriously, 3 completely recycled headliners would be a bummer. Something like "Foos - The National - Beck", while not technically awful, would also be completely unexciting.

Arctic Monkeys just did a giant NA tour, including Atlanta, no?
Tour is just finishing this weekend in LA. Sold well, they added nights, etc. Not unimaginable that they would return for the festival circuit next summer, but I wouldn't bet money on it.

SOAD would get me there in a heartbeat but something like SOAD, Blink, and The Cure or Pearl Jam on the top line would be so great throw in some Deftones, Weezer, QOTSA, Noah, Tyler Childers, Knocked Loose and I’m there!
Looks like Ministry is playing. They’re skipping Atlanta and their openers are playing a show at the Masquerade.
Which is weird because on Ministry’s website, they’re playing a show in FL on 3/24, and both Front Line Assembly, and Gary Numan are listed as openers, yet, Masquerade has FLA, and Gary listed as playing there on 3/24.

I want to preface this by saying I'd be fine with either act, and I wish for just a bit more genre variety a la the SK 2015-2016 lineups.
I give SOAD a <1% chance of playing SK. They will have played <10 shows in the past 3 years, including next year's Sick New World. Nothing outside of the CA,NV,AZ area. No new music to tour. If they play any other shows, I would expect them to be Metal Fests/Danny Wimmer events.
Also, Ministry? That tour schedule is a bear. They probably just don't want to play 6 days in a row. They played ATL last spring, so it's probably just a rest day. Numan is a monster and playing other additional dates during the tour. Ministry returning to play SK after completing a full US tour would be surprising.
We're probably more likely to end up with a random Ludacris set.
Depeche Mode Queens of the Stone Age - Beach House - Deftones - Wu Tang Clan - Parcels - Violent Femmes - Durand Jones & The Indications - Dayglow - Cold War Kids - Pond - Built To Spill - Frankie and The Witches Fingers - The Beths - Los Retros
No Doubt Weezer (Blue Album) - Blondie - Milky Chance - Wet Leg - Death Grips - Royal Blood - Unknown Mortal Orchestra - Polyphia - Declan McKenna - The Mountain Goats - Bahamas - Crumb - STRFKR - Flipturn
Blink-182 Courtney Barnett - Turnstile - Wilco - Weyes Blood - Animal Collective - Say Anything - Tech n9ne - Crosses - Alex G - Bombay Bicycle Club - Dope Lemon - Coconut Records - Psychedelic Porn Crumpets - Woods - CVC
I really think No Doubt would be a fun set at Shaky. Tho I do feel like they would get booked at Music Midtown before Shaky if they ever are playing a fest in ATL

No Doubt is broken up as far as I know. Their last show was 8 years ago.

Noel played in 2015. Liam was scheduled to play in 2020 pre-cancellation. It would not be a shock to see a Gallagher bro on the lineup. I do think it would be a surprise if Liam showed up in the states a month before that string of limited UK dates though. It doesn't catch me as a world tour plan. But who knows? I could see him in the Flaming Lips spot.
