Whatever my initial reactions were this is shaping up to what feels like a Big Ears lineup.
If we did loose Kagami (which I suspect we did or they're retooling it into a different Sakamoto tribute), that hurts a lot. Harvest Time was something I suspected would play out and I'm glad it did. I dunno if it's a true replacement but sounds incredible. I know Irreversible Entanglements were the backing band for Le Guess Who? and on the bill for Winter Jazz Fest in NYC. Hoping we get them as well.

Off topic but this seems like as good a group of music folks to ask as anywhere. Do any of you use an app / webpage for logging your listening or as a music diary? I started dabbling with Musicboard when going through recordings for my first Big Ears in 2022 but have grown dissatisfied with it. Lots of missing stuff and the mods (if they exist) never get around to approving my submissions. And there isn't a whole of community around the type of stuff I'm logging, even if it is in their database.

Sadly, I don't. I keep notes on Spreadsheets to keep track. I used to use Last.FM and Rate Your Music but could never keep up. Probably what you're asking is more RYM but you can keep track of listening with Last.FM scrobbling.

Adrienne Lenker definitely too big for one of the churches but boy would that be magical
Curious where all the Blaktronika acts end up... feels like they'd take over a venue like how the Zorn stuff did the two years past but none of those names really fit the Tennessee or Bijou very well
