There’s a lot of shit that could fuck up pizzas - dorian fruit, kiwi, horse meat, chocolate or even good shit like roasted hatch chilis since it’s August.. But I’m going to break the tendencies and go with fresh and ripe heirloom tomatoes.
Oh I got it. I didn’t realize we are only picking one topping.
I thought it was pretty plainly laid out. 5 teams of 4 topping pizzas to be assembled by said teams with the accoutrements (?) that go with pizza such as burrata, mozzarella, provel, olive oil, oregano, pesto, hot honey and shit. He just didn’t lay out how that’s going to work for the next phase. Plus there will be a type of crust and potentially a style of pizza.
