As long as everyone is good with it, I'm taking EAP's spot in the draft. I can't start today, but I will read the past draft posts, and will start tomorrow. Is that cool?

draft is over lol, final pizzas are due tomorrow
fair. it was just bad timing. birthday and medical procedure.
Stay tuned tomorrow for an announcement of a pizza so good you’ll think it was sex, drugs and massages at an Aphex Twin show. No animals were harmed, only kissed for their contributions. It’s the kind of pizza your dog is blowing drool bubbles over the smell and you’re willing to sacrifice two days of the roof of your mouth because it smells so good and looks so appetizing.
For your dining pleasure, we present to you our delicious take on Neapolitan Pizza. This vegetarian pie features heirloom tomatoes, sautéed jalpenos, and chili flakes. It is complemented with a blend of finely diced Calabrian chilies and red onions over a drizzle of Calabrian chili oil and finished with fresh baby spinach picked this morning from Druids garden. For our cheese, we utilized black pepper chevre and house-made burrata which balance each other and temper the spiciness.
Ingredients: Dough: flour, water, corn oil, yeast, salt, pinch of sugar Sauce: hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, splash of virgin olive oil Cheese: part skim sliced Mozzarella, shredded parmasean, grated romano Etc: balsamic glaze, chopped arugula
Assembled: dough > mozzarella cheese > spicy italian sausage crumbles > sauce > chopped black garlic > coarsely chopped calabrian peppers > shredded parmesan > chopped fresh anchovies > sliced Canadian bacon > finely grated romano cheese > drizzled balsamic glaze > chopped arugula for color
With all of our chosen ingredients we decided to go all in and give truly delicious decadent flavor experience. This is a stanky, cheat day, unbutton your pants and take a 2 hour nap after eating type of pizza. Rich, complex flavors with a hint of spice from the sausage and calabrian peppers, this is a pizza you wont soon forget.

A classic neopolitan crust with a traditional marinara base, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, caramelized onion, sauteed baby bellas, and finished with strips of fresh basil and arugula, a few dollops of fresh ricotta, and a hot honey drizzle.
Crusty on the bottom, meaty in the middle, with some crisp freshness to top it off. Looks a little bit like this but with more stuff

I like them all. And I would eat them all. None are boring, and all meld good flavors together which is kind of the point of the draft. I could pick any of them on a given day, so I’m not trying to upsell us before the vote when I will. I feel like where we excelled at is spiciest but moderate, relatively healthiest and flavor. Everyone would eat our pizza.
You can go on and send the check to Richmond. Pinkie swear I'll divvy it up and send it out to my teammates.
I’d eat it and love it like I said. Unfortunately y’all had to over sell that pizza trying to make it sound better than what it is. I’m not knocking Rolling Stones or The Who live. They’re going to rock. And so will that pizza. But it will cause acne for many and heart attacks for others. Someone might even turn into tw12.

I think we have it finalized but I don’t have access to a laptop this weekend and can’t repost the image because I am dumb at how to use this site from my phone 😔

Teddy suggested Friday at lunch. This is unfortunate because after us, you had some of the best ingredients. On behalf of all other teams we appreciate the effort even if it fell short.

Okay well if you’ll still consider it, here it is:
E(at)AP(izza) Party Featuring the base ingredients of green olives, green peppers, pineapple and bacon on a crispy thin crust with spicy Arriabiatta sauce and a mix of mozarella and monterrey cheese. Paired with a balsamic glaze on the side for your pleasure.
There was also an accompanying photo but I can’t get it on here right now.

Still kind of beautiful. Plus the reference to EAP, themself a recently angry goddess. Steer clear of those lightning bolts.
