the “state of Israel” - I was clearly trying to convey a hatred for the government of Israel and its foreign policy, not a hatred of the Israeli people generally. There’s obviously a massive portion of the Israeli population who do not support what they are doing, civilians are just people (which is the same point im trying to make make about Palestine - Hamas sucks, but the civilians are just normal people who didn’t deserve to get slaughtered).
