They’ve been known to make questionable choices. They didn’t submit portrait of a lady on fire. Though The Taste of Things is fantastic and worthy of a nom.
Pulling for Oppenheimer in drama category and Poor Things in comedy. Mostly just want some surprises. Kinda tired of having these award shows go exactly as everyone expects.
May December is a musical or comedy, in case you missed it.
The globes are notorious for questionable categorization but I’m actually ok with this one. It had such a unique tone that I think it could be considered either drama or comedy.

I’m Just Ken is something off an SNL sketch, the Eilish song is genuinely good.
how do I dislike a post?
It’s hard to like something for best song when it sounds like every single other BE song, and, what’s the name of the song?…
It’s called What Was I Made For, you might recognize it as the song that just won best original song. I heard Pete Davidson did a great version of Im Just Ken on SNL a few weeks ago tho.

whoosh. Over the head.
In 20 years, no one will remember the name of that BE song. But this will still be a banger:
I didn't watch but apparently no one liked the host? To an even greater extent than how usually no one likes the host?
He was hired like less than two weeks before the ceremony and had almost no time to prepare material nor did the writers, so predictably he bombed.
He also bombed because he’s a sexist asshole. Even a week is enough time to prep 5 minutes of material for most professionals at the top of their game. Late night shows do it 5 times a week.

I don't know anything about him and I didn't watch the show so sure that too.

Maybe a hot take but I didn't particularly care for Leo in KOTFM. And he's one of my favorite actors. He wasn't bad or anything but just not one of his better performances imo.
Ruffalo was good but I prefered Dafoe in Poor Things if they were trying to avoid two from the same flim. Also glad my boy Sterling Brown got some love.

Pretty sure the BAFTA noms dropped Lily Gladstone from -200 to -165 as the Oscar Best Actress favorite. Even though you can definitely feel the Emma Stone momentum building, still seems like an over-adjustment to me.
