There is a 0% chance Fred again is a headliner next year. His live show does not translate to a massive headliner-like setting, he’s at his best at a venue like the shrine. You can argue with the wall if you disagree.

Fred Again would need a feature heavy summer classic album for me to consider him a headliner choice. Would love a Sahara closing set during a headliner I don’t want to see though

with the success of Dom Dolla / John Summit against the headliners I think a Sahara EDM closer should be the standard

I feel like they were until Beyonce/Eminem. Then everyone thought they were Beyonce/eminem.

i dont think hed be billed as anything other than a headliner or RTTD/AND… act. he’s headlining Bonnaroo already and basically every other festival he’s booked at this year
They need to bring more Japanese acts over, I loved the representation with YOASOBI and ATARASHII GAKKO. (And, uh...Hatsune Miku). It's disappointing because I feel like LiSA could've been there in 2020/2021 if not for COVID. The songs that she did for Demon Slayer were just as big as YOASOBI's hits (perhaps even more). A little wishlist: LiSA aimer tricot AKB48 Hitsujibungaku SCANDAL The Peggies (if they didn't disband) creepy nuts ALI UNISON SQUARE GARDEN nano.RIPE Amongst many, many others that I'm currently thinking of.

BABYMETAL would be perfect in the YOASOBI slot, I would also love to see Ichiko Aoba in the Gobi
Lets see what happens when the new pricing chart is released. I think tickets stay the same and other things go up instead for a second straight year. They maxed out on base pricing for this being $500 anyway. It would be cool if they actually did sell an allotment of legit discounted tickets just to get people to buy. People gotta save for $17 lemonades now.
We brought in a mountain of tequila every day and probably bought 3+ lemonades a day to mix it with, much cheaper than the alternative but still not great lol

There are a lot of bonnaroo headliners of recent years that can’t headline Coachella so that’s not really a good point.

you can't just drink tequila straight?
It gets warm after a while so it’s nice w a little lemonade and ice

I have BABYMETAL on my mock, feels like a matter of when rather than if

Stevie Nicks is their only recent headliner that I think definitely wouldn’t headline Coachella. You can make an argument for all the others.
Just booked the Hilton Garden Inn Ranch Mirage for W2 next year on the Hilton app for $175/night. It was the only Hilton property accepting reservations for next years dates…think it’s safe they won’t try to raise the prices later and cancel my reservation?

Fred again.. can headline Coachella. Not really a debate here anymore.
I really like this I would probably see all the headliners if it was something like this these three specifically are must sees for me.
Electronic feels a little weak with just Four Tet, Soulwax, and Aphex for my tastes. But the amount of vocalists I would love to see live would totally make up for it like Party, Kehlani, FKA, Summer, Bea, and Marias (even tho I have seen The Marias I would see them again in a heartbeat).
What could they bring next year that wouldn’t make the electronic lineup feel weak compared to these past two years? We’ve been absolutely spoiled, I think there’s bound to be somewhat of a letdown there.
As someone that loves electronic - these are my thoughts exactly. Apart from Chris Lake, Fisher, Dom Dolla, John Summit, and Peggy Gou…who are the other big trendy tech house / house DJs?
Who are the other cool dark live electronic acts like Prydz, Chem Bros, Justice, Gesaffelstein?
Disclosure, Flume are past their peak. ODESZA coming off an insane tour.
Because I had so much fomo this past weekend. I even made fake set times for my mock. I am not good at photoshop so idk if I can make a poster / set time poster like others here.
I am still making a few edits to my final first mock, but here are the stage closers I have:

I think this is very solid but there is no way Arca plays the Gobi, right? Other than that, seems pretty possible.

No, there's definitely a debate. Have you seen fred again at a festival where he played his live set on a main stage? He was the most underwhelming act at lolla last year.
