Shuck's Jan 2nd mock the day before the Hits news dump will have Chappell headlining Im sure. Then we will all throw up our hands up when Hits says "there might be a link pony club popping up in the desert" or something.
Yeah, Beth Gibbons is in the bottom part of the top 15 acts billed on a respective day. So Mojave to counter program Chappell?

Or how about Chappel at 9pm then Tame Impala at 11:30 with Beth counter.
Was at the LA show at the shrine … that set was really good! She is a star in every sense.
Charli was recently on Las Culturistas and she was talking about her most recent Coachella performance. She said it was very stressful and not very enjoyable because it felt like she needed to perform for the stream and not the crowd. She said it felt more like an awards show performance than a rowdy festival crowd.

Tbf she performed during daylight (~5:30p) on Main with no shade. Had she performed at night (or even in a tent during the day) she would have gotten the rowdy festival crowd she wanted.
Can someone ask the old lady from Egypt what she thinks of Lana Del Rey headlining Coachella so we can know whether the festival has redeemed its reputation as a laughingstock worldwide

I think she was referring more to her team and the festival production team really pushing performing for the stream, over tailoring a set for the live crowd. Really hope she comes back next year and gets a night set in Sahara or Outdoor, no interest in her on Main with campers up front.

she didn't really complain about the crowd, just that prior to the show the livestream was getting emphasized more than anything

I mean theres gonna be campers at whatever stage she is at whenever she comes back. Green shirts galore. #bratchella
Great to see Kendrick onstage with Black Hippy again so soon. All 4 members Everyone was saying it would take a long time lol This is beautiful, though I'm glad it's at this LA event and not at a festival. It's more appreciated here
Working on a fake poster, can anybody throw out a Brutalismus 3000/Clown Core type name, like a low billed "holy shit they booked them" thing? That isn't horsegiirL, because I have her already.
Tove Lo has got to be on the fields next year. That new EP with SG Lewis is soooo good, their chemistry is outstanding. Also won't it have been, what, like 8 years next year since her last performance? Mindboggling.

save chapp for that third album cycle in 2026 or 2027 or a victory lap in 2026 if the album skyrockets even further than this one. was thinking of good bolded subheadliners
