I really don’t think Sabrina or Chappell are going to return next year, I’d be really surprised to see them rebooked
Just based off of gut feeling and nothing more, I feel like Sabrina has a marketing and management machine that wants to throw her into the stratosphere ASAP, whereas Chappell would want her people to slow down a bit. For example, Sabrina came out on main stage with a giant motel. Chappell had a backing band that had shirts that said eat the rich with karaoke like visuals — I think she still wants to play into that spectrum for a bit.
On a side note, my wife couldn’t make it to Coachella this year and was devastated to miss Chappell. And every video she sees of her blowing up is just 1000 little daggers aimed directly at her heart.
save chapp for that third album cycle in 2026 or 2027 or a victory lap in 2026 if the album skyrockets even further than this one. was thinking of good bolded subheadliners
2026 would still be too soon if she had been constantly touring the whole time. Rumored to have 2025 aussie dates in jan/feb and I bet that Lolla South America has her next year. So thats shows through March.

Working on a fake poster, can anybody throw out a Brutalismus 3000/Clown Core type name, like a low billed "holy shit they booked them" thing? That isn't horsegiirL, because I have her already.
blue hawaii whomever posted about this new record in the other thread. THANK U

homegirl deserves a nap wtf
Well she has a couple breaks right now between the next u.s fests and the europe tour so its not too bad. But I think its going to be about when the next album is coming and what will be booked tour wise. The delulu kids think she can sell out a stadium tour when that sure as fuck isnt happening. I dont think it wouldve been wise to have headlined her at Osl or Lolla as some suggested either with the tyler cancellation. You fuck it up for everyone else and get put in a bad spot to negotiate for the future.

Can I interest you in uhhhh one person War on Terror-themed slam metal band that apparently is doing huge numbers in the DIY hardcore world and per the comments on this article is insanely divisive?
I know Coachella isn't what it used to be but is Brutalismus really a "holy shit they booked them" act?
It’s a I’ve never heard of them before they were on the Coachella lineup, but people on inforoo seem to be very excited act. Coachella has those every year.

I’m interpreting the prompt as more “unexpected or unusual artists”, but even if you don’t, they’ve done 3 US shows and 2 of them were Coachella, so that strikes me as pretty rare!
Sabrina has had a long career that took awhile to get her to this point, so her team is most likely trying to capture this moment NOW Vs Chappell is very new and can be patient.
The production that went into her Main set this year tells me that she was already auditioning to be a future headliner sooner than later. And she absolutely knocked it out of the park
I feel 2026 as well. Even if it's bottom poster placement. I anticipate her new album being huge this year, and she can have another one out by Coachella 26

awww yeah. It would be cool if he tried to do the app connected thing again with the show like in 2010. Plenty of advancements and would be a dope presentation.
Funny how 2024 was this horrible flop year with no good artists yet all people want to talk about is 2024 artists repeating as headliners
The undercard is almost always great. 2nd line + group of headliners were underwhelming bookings, collectively (obvi there were some good performances from the batch).

14 seconds of evidence that the Sabrina headliner conversation has already happened
Friday: Dua Lipa The XX | Rauw Alejandro | Charli xcx | Empire of the Sun | Aphex Twin | d4vd | Xavi | Clairo | REZZMAU5
Saturday: Fred Again.. Gunna | Zedd | Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross | Nelly Furtado | FKA Twigs | Foster the People | The Marias | Aespa | Turnstile
Sunday: Coldplay Rüfüs du Sol | Glass Animals | Above & Beyond | Don Toliver | Summer Walker | Normani | Tokischa | Djo | Four Tet
AND Rihanna (closing Saturday after Fred)
Probably not enough electronic big names on 2nd line but still don’t know who else is big enough at this point to get booked there. Zedd makes me 🤢 as does Kygo. At this rate, Keinemusik is pretty much a 2nd line name but they are more suitable for a Quasar extended set, anything below 2 hours is just a pass.
