This is the first year where I've been tempted to sell our presale tickets. Hotels have just become so outrageously expensive. And last year was a pretty stellar lineup for me on paper but it ended up not being as great for my wife and I as I had hoped (missed boygenius entirely, among other things). I've been kind of looking for an exit point for years but they keep reeling me back in. Honestly we'll probably end up going this year - my friend bought a ticket so I feel a little obligated - but we may end up camping. (Which would also help us prep for our trip to Bonnaroo in June.)

Oh, I did it 2012-2017 😅 The last year was with my now-wife (her first Coachella) and she vowed never again. We have preferred car camping for this year and I promised her we'll make it as comfortable as possible...

First time I will be doing Both weekends...Bucket List/almost 50th Birthday kinda thing/12th Coachella.
I retired from double weekends in my 40s, but it's almost my 50th birthday too, so maybe I've got 1 more doublechella in me. We can celebrate our 50th together lol

I am heading to Vegas for the in-between time.....I am seeing Phish at the Sphere for the first night of their run. And yes, i know how A LOT of people feel about Phish....but they are my number 1. Then back to Palm Springs....so pool party after that Fo'sho!!!
