She is a legitimate broadway performer with amazing voice and stage presence. Crazy talented. I think she may be too popular with Gen Z for Mojave though. My HS cousin says that Renee and Sabrina Catpenter are all her friends listen to. I was thinking maybe that Kali Uchis outdoor 2018 spot for Renee and main for Sabrina.

Since we're talking about the new pop princesses... I saw Chappell Roan on her headlining tour recently (excellent) and she has very little in terms of production so she might be a day time set just a thought.

Yeah, I was thinking Chappell in the Carly Rae slot, or at the latest maybe in Remi Wolf’s spot, in the Mojave. Or really: just re-organize the Mojave so it’s in billing order for Skepta, Brittany, Chappell, and Deftones. Not sure why we have it the way it is right now.

Speaking of Skepta, I just noticed he’s billed as a live performance at Big Smoke fest in July, which makes me more confident he’ll be live at Coachella.
Deftones during Peso Pluma and Chappell Roan around 5 in the Mojave sounds probable, Chappell is the perfect fit for the MUNA / Weyes Blood / Carly slot

Renee seems like she might be at the point in her career where they try and stuff her in a tent that she's already outgrown ala Lizzo (and also Labrinth though different career stage). I'd be shocked if Sabrina was in a tent though.

My wife hates a lot of my electronic taste lol. She likes the more aggressive side of dance music like ISOKnock, Skream & Benga, etc. And I do too, but prefer the stuff like BICEP, Overmono, Barry Can't Swim, etc. So sometimes she'll ditch me for that stuff. I did most of Overmono last year alone while she finished up at BENEE.

She hasn’t performed live in like 7 years and has had prominent dj sets at several major festivals the past 2-3 years. There’s more reason to believe she’ll be djing in Sahara rather than a full live set. Although I expect her to do vocals at the anyma set

I think only 6 artists in the Mojave favors the idea of a schedule add.
For what day?
We only have six bands in the Mojave Friday on our predictions. Last year there were 8 poster acts + local adds, 2022 there were 10 poster acts + local adds. I am not sure whether or not there will be adds this year but this is an extremely light year for acts and that was even before Tyla and Lovejoy dropped, both Friday.
