I am sad to see MDMA go before acid, so I'm voting for alcohol.
One I’ve done 10x more times but never will again vs one I boycotted in its heyday but now can dig. Apparently opening the doors of your mind with dynamite gets a free pass over something as innocuous as alcohol. The monks in the Middle Ages made it. Jesus is said to have made some good wine at a wedding. If it wasn’t so great, why would so many people abuse it?

It doesn’t take that much, it tastes good and I never get hangovers and very rarely throw up.

last time I did Molly (when To Pimp a Butterfly dropped) I turned into a fire hose and threw up like 20 shiner prickly pears. haven't drunk a prickly pear or taken MDMA since.

Edit. Also if I drank 20 of anything’s I’d be in the med tent by 10 lol

The taste, the feeling…II mean, I probably enjoy everything more while rolling, but cracking open and savoring a cold beer right after I’ve come up was a grand festival tradition of mine for years.

Sure they do and often requisite to get what you want out of them. 714’s, vitamin V, certainly jelly greens or jelly reds (placidils), all classic barbs and most opiates set off with some type of alcohol. Of course herb +booze is like salt and pepper.

Unfortunate vote but it feels inevitable unless Teddy swoops in to save booze. Neither one of these should go because hallucinogens are still alive. But speaking of those, I remember how much booze I could put down tripping. Amounts I’d never be able to drink, and it’s hard to feel it. But if you can get there, those were some merry times.
I'm voting MDMA because upwards of 75% of electronic music sucks and rolling is absolutely worthless in any other context
not only is mdma great for plenty of live music outside of the edm genre, it can also be amazing in other contexts. one of my best rolls ever was when an ex and i took some then frolicked around outside in the summer across mountain open space, with absolutely perfect weather -- and just chatted and listened to music on our iphone speakers for hours. so im gonna have to hard disagree here

Go big. If you’re not on microdots, PCP, weed, cigarettes, alcohol and pills, it’s a slow night. Any day without 4 glorious substances (including caffeine) would potentially be boring.
