Are there unique features or activities that tend to attract more people? if anyone has some good tips and ideas please share them with me. I have to follow this inforoo.com/thread/39158/ears-festival-march-21st-24th?page=6sf-developer but not helpful so please share some tips and ideas ,

Thanks in advance for the help....
Promote what's locally of interest at the time the festival will happen. If it's summer and hot where you live, have some type of cooling area or feature snowballs. Have successful local vendors such as food trucks that people like and fit the vibe of what you're doing. Put up baller alert stickers at bus stops. Go on local college or independent radio and talk about what y'all are doing . Also make sure your outreach finds its intended target. If it's generally a specific type of music, find the people who listen to it and get in their ears.
