If I get my press credentials this year, one of the mags I'll be shooting for is Crave Tattoo and Piercing. I'll be shooting images of people with their tattoos at Bonnaroo.
If any of you have tattoo you are proud of, let me know and we'll figure a place and time to meet to get a photo of you.
I'm down...though it'd be tough to single out just one tattoo since I've got 15 of them...just got my 15th the other day - I got the sun from the cover of the Sublime album "40 oz to Freedom" on my shoulder.

Awesome, I actually have a Bonnaroo tatoo..The Three rings, in green from the 2004 logo. It was the logo the year my sis went, who has recently passed on, and it was also the symbol on her casket (the trinity) I have a daughter and a girlfriend, so the three rings represent everything from my family to bonnaroo....ALL the really good stuff!! Love to get ahold of Larry and show it off!
i have a lot of tattoos, i drew them all so they have a lot of symbology w/in them my largest one spans from my armpit to the middle of my thigh, it is gridded to fit my body exactly- to everyone but me they say it still fits, but throughout the 3 years i've had it, some of the curves are a lot different

Naw I don't think so, I'm not sure they would opt for that but then again they're putting in "fire sculptures" this year so....
I got a tattoo in late April and it's just starting to "get good", will I have to put a TON of sunscreen on it? Will sunscreen make it fade? I've never had to worry about my two other tattoos like this.
i would be scared to death to get a tattoo at bonnaroo or any festival, the cleanliness would have to take a sacrifice here and there, blood infections = not worth the art work
My husband and I got wedding band tattoos for our anniversary. My tat isn't really a band....It's one of those eternity signs...sorta...just more tribal. I suck when it comes to keeping track of any sort of jewelry.....even though it's shiny and pretty.....still...I suck.

That album has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. I contemplated getting that tattoo but have decided against getting any more tattoos for awhile. I only have two but I'm good for now. I dated a guy with the 40oz sun tattoo...as soon as I saw it I had to go up to him and intriduce myself
i've got a dancing bear anklet, and a tatoo of Jerry (actually a moon, but you can tell it's Jerry) with a dancing bear jugling on my shoulder. i also have a tribal armband.

I thought this was going to be about getting tatts at roo. That would be crazy, walking down shakedown--some dude's getting a heady jerry bear on their shoulder. By saturday they'd probably look like prison tattoos.

You said the fountain at 11.00, is the morning or night? I am very proud of my work and have over 100 hours in the chair.. I will drop by if I can get stiring that early.

I don't have any really huge or intricate tattoos but I like the one on my forearm best out of my 5 cause of the meaning behind it. It's pretty simple. just the word "think" in typewriter font. I tell people it's my impulsive tattoo that reminds me not to be so impulsive
I'm planning on getting another one after 'roo.
