honkey donkeyg Dr. Evil or some nuts. BFE, like an hour walk at least from Centeroo. Probably more. I was usually too fucked up to time how long it took.
i was also in dr evil.
Haha. I parked in dr. evil, and immediately knew I was going to Tent only. That was WAY too far out for my own good. Ended up in Shooter McGavin, just a few tents diagonally behind the massive native-american style tent thing (which was absolutely awesome!)
I dont know how I managed to not see the camp inforoo if you guys were also there. I guess I would've had to be able to see in order to see the flag...
I was out in Camp Basil Expedition out with all the austin powers campers 30+ minutes away. Its ok though, it was a 6 beer hike to get to centeroo, saved me some money being able to drink on the way. I wish I knew other inforooers were stuck out that far with me, I assumed everyone else got great spots and was well prepared!
Any of you people camped near pod 10 and 11, did you walk down Pete Rose Way at all? We were camped right off of that, right across from that crazy yarn whatever. You should have seen all the trippers wandering around in there on Sat. night.
We were in camp Rocky or something like that. But it was right next to shakedown and about a 5-10 minute walk to centaroo. i loved it...i didn't think it was too far/noisy at all and there was some great biscuits n gravy as soon as you walked out in the morning.
I was also at the very back corner of Griswold. We were the ones with a beer pong table, but I was almost never there. You might have played with some of my buddies though, they were at the camp ALOT.

Okay I can verify now it was Camp Rocky Balboa. It was a great camp. Right by the woods and there were 2 wooded areas set up like "bathrooms" somebody even put up a drape and a little ladies sign for us girls.

no clue! By a bunch of other tents, my neighbors had this big blue teapee (sp) looking thing and were sling shotting stuff all over people sunday, all the rest of their food and stuff.

i was in Camp Griswold...halfway down on the right side right by the woods...we were near the jerry garcia looking dude Shaggy (i think that was his name) that was going around asking if anyone needed shrooms and mollies and shit (but that was everyone wasnt it haha)...
Camp Jaws in BFE - so nice and quiet - well worth the 30 min walk
Camp Puss.y Galore was around the same section. It was nice and quiet and I think we got a nice breeze over that way plus cool neighbors and a lot more roomy out that way. We agree that it was worth the 30 min walk

I agree w/ both you guys. We had a 30 min walk, too, but the peace and quiet back at camp was very refreshing. Also, you didn't have to worry about too much theft b/c who the hell wants to walk that far?
In the end, I really started enjoying the walk. All the exercise and being able to see so much really did me good.
My friend in the car ahead of me ignored the parking attendant and drove us to the RV camp site and we camped just behind the Other Tent...it was shaded in the morning...very sweet spot
