I think we were in Camp Han Solo, but I can't find my map to be sure. We were in the camp to the right of the church. The walk wasn't too bad (maybe 15 minutes give or take), but the ground was hard dirt/rock. We were really glad we had our air mattress.
We were close to that guitar balloon too! And I remember seeing a German flag. We weren't across the street from the guitar but in the same vicinity. Our setup was three cars in from the street though so it was easy to find our spot.
Camp Happy Gilmore. We were right on the corner from first and broadway. It was awesome. We could see the stage from our tent... all the room in the world. I will lavish in tent-only forevermore.
"We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, movie gods, and rock stars. But we wont, and we're slowly learning that fact & we're very, very pissed off......."

We were in Camp Mr. Miyagi, I think....right under the balloon/pod place...I just found this pic on the Dad's Bonnaroo website as I was looking through all the other ones and found a pic of our RV right in the middle...It was in the handicapped area and was along the fence and 20 yards from the misting tent..sweet
I was in Han Solo this year, I was right next to these guys who had this huge fold out shelter, this thing was like 25 feet tall and they had this huge blue tarp tied over it. After I came back from Phil their tarp blew off and they were all sittin there passed out in the rain It was pretty funny. But it was a pretty cool camp 10 minute walk to centeroo. Better than last year I was in skywalker. Only bad thing was it was a long walk to the port-o-potties. They will probably change the camp names next year

i think i was in Han Solo also. i thought that the walk to centeroo was just fine. maybe 15 minutes tops. if i had been out past that tree line the walk would have really sucked. it was my first time and without those lighted balloons i would have gotten lost for sure. the first 2 nites i was lost just about everywhere anyway.
i was on the corner of bush branch rd, and 3rd st.(ave?) (a.k.a shakedown street that lead right to centeroo.)
awesome spot. 10 min walk to centeroo, and we got right up against the fence that seperated the camp sites from bush branch rd. we had ALOT of space. Also it was only a 10 second walk onto shakedown, which was really convinient for food, and other party favors.
We were in David Wooderson but moved to Shooter as well (about 40 yards from the Camp Inforoo site).
Any ideas on the scale of the map? I've tried to figure out how far we hauled all our crap from the car (like 4 trips) that first day for when I tell the stories. By the time June rolls around it will be about 10 miles each way...uphill.
Anybody think they will change the camp names this year. They have been the same the past two years. In 2004 they were catoon characters names, I was in camp Fred.
We were in Ferris Beuller last year(we had the "naked jesus"flag), which was a nice 10 minute walk. '06 we were in Louis Winthorpe III, right against the fence around the pond, which was about a 30-45 minute hike.

We lucked up for a change (last two 'Roos we've been on the far side of Bushy Branch Rd) and got a big spot in Camp Ferris Bueller, just a quick stroll to Centeroo.
We had the large blue dome two tents away from the white mist tent on the right.

I stayed in camp Darth Vador. Although it was loud it was cool being really close to What Stage and just listening to music at the end of the day if we were too tired to go see it. I liked our neighbors too. But the best highlight was being so close to 5th Avenue if I needed to go shopping.
I don't remember where I was, I just remember it was really far away, and that we had to walk past the site where all of the poop trucks parked at night, so it smelled really gross every time we walked to Centeroo.
