Here is what I have so far as who is going to camp at what time. We do have quite a few early birds this year, which is great. As far the buddy system goes, the point of it is for the earlybirds to save spots for the people arriving later so we can be as close together as possible. So, if you see someone coming in later in the day feel free to speak up and save a spot for that person.
I have started by taking in Mshot since he is coming in later in the afternoon. If anybody has any question feel free to ask, thats what I am here for .

I'll be at Roo about the time Tent Only opens. I'll set up my own campsite first and then head over to Inforoo. I figured I'd set a small day camp there. I do not have a cell phone so I'll have to coordinate the old fashion way.
I also figured I'd set up a "Helping Hands Area" where people can drop off donated goods and set up extra tents and camping gear. That way we can keep gear people want back in a single place so they know where to pick it up and have a set area where people in need can rest, rehydrate and/or crash for a while.

OK, so this is what I am wondering about....are we going to have an "official" common's area for Camp Inforoo for the shareables stuff and for just the folks like me that want to drop by and see everyone but I'm not camping there? Like our own Camp Inforoo Centeroo? That could be where we fly the flag and pitch one of the spare shades maybe??? I can bring some extra chairs for lounging....
Last year I got in wed and had to wait in BFE for a while, but we were one of the first to set up camp.
I'm still considering getting a room about 2 hrs out of Roo and coasting in thur morning. Either way I'll be setting up camp early thurs, they just won't let you over there any earlier
EDIT: also, I love the idea of an inforoo-centeroo...
Me too! But of course we'll have to do something other than just throw up a tarp and some chairs....it has to have a personality worthy of.....well.....us! ;D Ideas? Suggestions??? Anybody give a flying flip??? Should we just go ahead and move this to the girly fashion thread now???? ;D

here is my suggestion: maybe there could be like a little sign-in book or something so that everyone can write down there 1) screen name 2) real name 3) hometown 4) which camp they are in, etc.

I think that this is a great idea! It would keep a rough count of everyone and it would be a great souvenir for one of you guys!
Hello! I wasn't planning on going this year but ran into some money! So...I'm goin Alone. I went alone last year and it was great.... I just wished that I stayed in the inforoo area! I'm gonna be gettin there around 5 on thursday!

We'll be in the Walmart lot Weds nite for a Thursday entrance. We're renting a Dodge Caravan and have the following people (in case anyone cares)...

I know they lurk on the boards but don't post. I'm not sure how much room we'll have but if there is any we'll be more than happy to bring someone in from walmart when it's time to roll.
I still dont know where well be setting up camp but defenatly stopping by the inforoo camp to meet yall if we dont camp there since the cleanvibes thing we dont know if they have seperate camps or if we have to camp with the tent only

Great idea! Guest registry for Lounge-A-Roo! And I like the Sparkles too....I'll try to find some chairs with sparkles, but feel free to bring some to add Becca!

^lol since im flying down i wont have much room to bring stuff and i dont want to bug my brother - hes driving by having him lug my stuff for me.. but dont worry! - ill be bringing my sparkkkkkkkkklying personality!! ;D lol

This is my second year at the Roo and my first day on Info Roo. Im going alone this year and would like to meet new people, so please add me to the list. I'm arriving early Thursday Morning. Which entrance should I take? Thanks a bunch
