How is this phone tree supposed to work? Say I get into the festival at 10:00am on thursday... am I supposed to call someone, or is someone supposed to call me?
^ You should be getting a call before you arrive from the person on the list before you saying they are there and they will be saving you a spot and then once you get there you call the next person that you have arrived to save them a spot and so on. Its also good to have the list in case you get lost and need someone to call :-)

when do we know the #'s of who we have to call ?
nshvllbound is gathering #'s as we speak. I am hoping to get this out by Friday.
I don't have a cell phone. So when I arrive before noon I plan to find the Inforoo flag(with the new roster design). Last year the flag was easy to spot walking along Camp Shooter McGavin. I plan to set up my space and save another space next to mine for someone else.
I have an idea. Place a smaller Inforoo flag near the "road" perpendicular to the main camp. That way during the festival no one accidently walks past it(especially late at night).
I'm assuming you're asking what times everyone is arriving so someone who gets in @ 0700 isn't waiting for someone who shows up @ 1600. Not that I WOULDN'T want to save a spot for 9 hours. I'm just sayin...

Me and Jess (plus 3 friends with no internet access) would like to camp at camp inforoo. We were already planning to camp tent only, but it would be cool to camp with all of you. I know we haven't posted too much on here (mostly cause I forgot our password for awhile ), but weve been reading these boards non-stop for months now, and this seems like just the kind of group we want to be camping with. We've gotten so much helpful information from all of you to prepare us for our first bonnaroo, it only seems fitting that we actually get to meet some of you and have a good time together.
Were planning on bringing one 8-person tent for the 5 of us, and one smallish canopy, so we wont take up too much space, I promise ;D

Edit: Forgot to put when we'll be there, but we're unsure anyways so we'll let you know asap!

Just joined today- been reading some of the 18 pages on this thread. First festival-camping, first Bonnaroo, flying in and shuttle from NY- upstate and solo. I think camping with the inforoo crowd would put this 40+ mom, escaping the kids at ease! Room for one more? Have cell and would be happy to save a space- or be called. Arriving around 12 on Thur- soooooo?

RedfoxaRoo, you shouldn't have too much trouble w/your stuff. I know if my friends or I am around we'll gladly help. Packing in and getting set up just adds more to the excitement of the week I think.

Thanks to all that have offered to help. I do have a cart now, but would love company going back to the car anyway. I might have someone I am picking up along the way so I might not need as much help. You all are so darn thoughtful. Glad I am going solo now. ;D

is anyone else taking a greyhoud that is staying at the inforoo spot? Its only like 2 miles awat just didn't know if anyone else would be walking. only 1 more week. ;D
For anyone who gets there reaaally really early and just wants to chill hit me up with a message. I'll be there all week setup so our campsite will be worked in a lil bit like home. Sit down chat have a beer and such ..
