oh hey just to clarify. i think I said something to confuse a few people.
Groovelogik is organizing the "official" phone tree that will be used for the caravan and whatnot.
The list I am keeping updated is the original post in this thread, which breaks down the various inforooers that indicated they would be in VIP. Not all these people will be part of the caravan, I assume, and I want to verify that the phone tree is to help people coordinate so that they can caravan from the secret rendevous to the campgrounds, so that a large group of us end up together, therefore creating VIP Inforoo camp.
Do we have a flag for this area to identify ourselves? If not, I would be willing to see what I can pull together for a flag, although someone else would probably need to bring the hanging device (if necessary).

I am planning on putting together a flag since I am also bringing the table for beer pong/flip cup. it iwll be nothing fancy as it will just be the flags I have on hand which are my university flags. I will post a pic when it is complete.

Okay....so far I've broken down the time on the Phone Tree with people who will be at HIE on Wed, and people who will be there Before 9:00am on Thursday, then 9-12 , and 12-5.
Indigo is correct, not everyone wants to caravan in at the same time. However many people have given their info in the event that you need roadside help, directions, camp setup, etc...
I was thinking I could bring something for people to put on their car (ie. bright colored paper on dashboard). This would help those who are at HIE/Secret Location, and also at the campground. If you choose to camp or caravan in with the group you'd just look for all the vehicles with the bright orange flier on dashboard (I'll be sure to print Inforoo on the front just in case anyone else decides to use this color). If possible I'd like to leave several fliers at the sign-in desk for those who come later in the day.

I think any outdoorsy, fun, relatively non-dangerous games are a great idea... People have mentioned beer pong, flip cup...I think someone was talking somewhere about "redneck horshoes" that game where you throw a short rope with tennis balls on either end and try to wrap it around a little ladder thing with 3 bars. I'm sure frisbees will abound. We might bring a nerf football, too. We've got all the room in VIP, might as well use it!

So what time is the VIP show usually? looks like the best time for me to see Lewis Black is the very first show on Thursday, but I don't think I want to miss the VIP show.
(a Flag collection sounds like a decent idea, just need to make sure that we've allotted enough time for it to be completed.)

i know. don't forget to give time to get some VIP food from noon to 9pm. (the one reason i'm not totally confused by the lack of shows immediately before the headliners).
