Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
When I counted up the weeks I couldn't believe how close roo is, therefore Friday times seven. Maybe my sense of humor is a little obtuse. Sorry about that.
Dani: No offense about the Strawberry PopTarts![/b] I meant it as a joke; I'm apparently the only one who does not eat them (any flavor, actually. Unless they are home made, a la Alton Brown - they are so fattening! I save my calories for beer).
I'll update the menu again soon, most likely will be Wed. nite.
So busy at work can't Inforoo during the day. I'll be paying for this by working late, but felt the need to update my fellow Inforoosters.
Eh, screw work. I neeeeed some Inforoo. Menu updated.
Posed this ?? in another thread but didn't get an answer: Can we take coolers, chairs, etc. to Tent Only and manage to get them back into VIP? Is there a way in other than going through Centeroo?
Happy Bunny - I think you can - there is an entrance for VIP next to the arch but seperate - you don't have to stand in line and go through the search - you just walk along the fench until you get to the security guy standing at the VIP entrance
I've checked and I should be able to bring 2-4 quarts of boxed (UHT) milk which needs no refrigeration. It's 2% and is not bad. So if anyone likes cereal or just milk w/ brunch, I'll have some.
Just for the record, I ate a Strawberry Poptart today.
It was 2 actually. I was volunteering with kids and they usually have granola bars for the field trip, but today it was S.P. with writing on them. I was hungry so I ate them. They were pretty good actually. Good thing I waited to read the calories & ingredients after.
So, I totally take back my comments about them being icky. [But they are still really bad for you.]

thanks Happy Bunny for keeping track of everything. i did say i would help cook and since you put me on the list i will definitely do that. i will bring my apron and spatula. and maybe my camping stove if its not too far to carry. are we gonna make eggs & bacon? hopefully others will bring that stuff. (don't forget some butter/margerine and a frying pan or 2) this could be fun!
the only problem i might have is FINDING CAMP INFOROO. how am i gonna find it? i knew about it last year but i didn't have a CLUE about where to look. i was a clueless first-timer in '06.

Yup... I'm going to have that problem too... I'll be headin into tent only with my inforoo shirt on though so maybe someone will be kind enough to shove me in the right direction... BTW we are bringing our camper down so anything else you guys might need let me know and we can get it cause we will have plenty of room I'll probably still set up a small tent at inforoo (my own personal chill out tent) and just let it be free reign for anyone who might need some private space for a bit
looking at your list, its missing some desert, so put me down for 2 dozen donuts, prob packaged or something of the like.... unless i can find a donut shop in Manchester to pick them up in

it is pretty nifty, i got it in yesterday and its just too cool. we camp a lot and go to NASCAR, Roo was just my big excuse to get him to buy it (and my new tent) for me!!

I've got a big bag of the little individually wraped spoons/forks/knifes/sporks/salt/pepper/napkins/wet wipes/ that we have kept from restaurants since we never use them (as you can probably tell I live off of fast food/take out) and I will be bringing that so it could help

I'm bringing 2.5 gallons of Bloody Marys along with vodka, gin and tequila for mixing (not to worry electraonyx, gotcha covered). I'll stop by with whatever is left over after treating the neighbors on Fri-Sat.....if I get up before noon, that is.
Sure can't commit though, especially Sunday......full on Bonnaroovian by then.
