i bought a dress that i LOVED last year with the intention of wearing it at roo but once i got there i thought i would just be too hot (i usually ended up wearing just a bikini top) but here it is.maybe ill wear it this year at night. The first pic is so you can see the bottom, the second is of the top (with my bra hanging out haha we were dancing) i dont have a good one of the whole dress i136.photobucket.com/albums/q180/selfdestructbutton/dress1.jpg
This is my favorite skirt EVER and i think my grandmother hid it from me because she thought it was ugly. Im super depressed bc I cant find it, but its what I wore alot last year with shorts under.
do i get to post in here if i want to do that thing where i wrap a flag (maybe its officially called a sarong or somethign?) around my hips and wear it like a skirt? i've always wanted to do that at fests, but is it more comfortable than shorts?
My first time going to Bonnaroo, my first time posting. I've read about the croc's, and I planned on wearing them too. I of course hate them. I work in the medical field, and they were highly praised--so I bought a pair and they are truly the most comfortable shoes I own, I've only worn them once b/c I feel like I have skis on my feet. Anyway, when you suggest wearing Croc's, do you mean the originals? My mom has some really cute Croc sandals, and I'm wondering if those would fall into the "GOOD" category for 'roo!
One thing about the original Crocs is that they have the strap on the back to help keep them on your feet if you get stuck in a mud puddle (although I don't actually have personal experience of this). The Mary Janes prolly do the same thing

Well thanks, I have the Mary Jane ones! I will probably do those. They are black, so I might buy a different pair...

Becca, I think the dress fits pretty well and it looks very comfy! I think its supposed to be flowy like that, it looks fine!
dcbee, thanks for the tip about the strap on the bathing suit... I didn't even think to do that! I'm not that handy with sewing either but my roomie might do it for me!

that's too cute.
where did you find it? I would love to find a hippie skirt like that, seeing as I don't really want a really long one that I'd keep stepping all over. [i'm a major shorty here...though my wellness teacher told me today i'm normal height. but i don't totally buy it].

I like these 2 dresses...these are more my style. Actually that's a lie b/c I never wear long dresses, but it is more my style then floral prints, I just don't think I can pull off flowers
