i saw plant/krauss last weekend at the asheville civic center. that place is mammoth compared to what tmv usually plays. but it is also a very old building, with not so great acoustics. plant/krauss sound was pretty good but i imagine for tmv it will ne nothing but echo-y noise. i'm thinking i'm not going to see them there. if you can, i would recommend going to the tabernacle. i would but i can't go to atlanta on a week day.

I'm hoping that TMV get added for Roo '09. That would be super sweet. I saw them in Tulsa a few months ago and it was easily one of the most amazing shows I've ever seen. When I went to the bathroom afterwards my left arm was covered in blood--and it wasn't mine. Thank goodness I didn't have any open sores on me that day!

The Mars Volta should host their own festival in the near future. Camp Volta.
