I dont know why, but I've never been able to really get into Disposition/Reflection/Triad. They played it the first time I saw them, and I was in complete awe, but on record...I dunno, just cant get into it.
Id love a total setlist of songs that Ive never seen live.

I have been a huge Tool fan for years but have never been able to see them in concert. This will be not only my first Roo but my first Tool experience as well, and I don't really care what they play; because I know that either way I will be blown away. But I am really hoping for something truly special for Bonnaroo, and with JPJ there I think that we might get it.
I had tickets to see them in Southhaven (originally scheduled for March; but then Danny hurt his arm). When it got rescheduled to May I sold my tickets to a friend of mine because I could not afford to go to both shows. I have a feeling though that this will be one of the few shows where the band goes all out. It's just a hunch but, I think very likely.
I cannot wait til Friday night. I think that all the people that say Tool doesn't belong at Roo are going to be eating those words come Saturday morning.
just play flood and dont play ticks"n" leeches and ill be.......overjoyed. i'm so excited right now just thinking about it i may piss muself. longtime tool fan (OGT) if you please, seen them 4 times and the bonnaroo atmosphere is definetly gonna push them into a new demension. noone will be disapointed.
whyyyy wouldnt you want Ticks and Leeches??? Its rare, and its awesome from so many different angles. Probably the best intro of any track that they have, IMO.
Nearly shat myself when I heard them bust out flood. I would love to hear them play Third Eye. Hopefully they will do somewhat of a different setlist and hopefully play longer since they're given more time. Considering the only are doing 2 concerts before bonnaroo this week instead of the 6 they did in the previous week, hopefully they'll have the energy to bust out rarities.

"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
