Saw them at lolla last year and they were amazing! can't wait to catch them again. hopefully late night. they played at like the hottest part of the day at lolla at like 1pm.
I hope they have a semi late night spot. They've got a ton of energy. By the time Roo rolls around, they'll have their new album out, titled Robotique Majestique.
Ghostland's a must see. They were one of the first bands to play at Lolla, and had one of the best sets, hands down.
Also... We at Moe Train's Tracks Podcast chose Ghostland Observatory's Paparazzi Lightning as the Best Album of 2007.... I know that they had an independent release in 06, but their major release was late in 07. Check TheMoeTrain.com for when THE POONIES are out on the RSS feeds. (If you're interested... Check the site for our interview with Ghostland at Lollapalooza)
See you at their set.... Inforoo get together in front of the stage??
I've seen ghostland countless times, and never cease to have an absolutely wonderful time! Seriously, this band is awesome. I'll be there at the front for sure!

I will echo the sentiment that Ghostland Observatory's live show does not disappoint. I've seen them the last two years at Lolla and they were great both times. Lots of energy. I questioned their ability to play the mainstage at noon, but they pulled it off quite nicely. I can only imagine how much better their show would be at night, though. If they play after midnight, it'll be a must-see for me.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."

Trust me, the set will blow matisyahu away. You will forget it exists after their set.
And you will be able to dance like that. His dancing is transformed in to music, which you will be dancing to..

You know how you hear a song that you like, or see a band that catches your interest and you say to yourself, "I will have to check them out when I get the chance." I have said that about so many bands, and artists, and movies, andGhostland Observatory is the only band I have successfully looked up.....which is saying somthing I guess.....they blew me away and I automatically thought "man Iwould loveto see them at Bonnaroo..."
so I just want to say you have me to thank for Ghostland being at roo..... ok I am lying I had nothing to do with it but I certainly was hoping and praying That would be cool to see all the inforoosters at the show, I know I'll be down in front too...so I guess I will see you guys there
