So Roger Waters is going on a nasty US tour for the Summer of 2006! In case you guys didn't know... hes going to play Dark Side of the Moon all the way thru, and I personally couldnt be more excited...
for all you massive Floyd Fans out there; what else do you think he will play besides Dark Side, and of course, his solo stuff which i dont really care about...

everyone should go... seriously. for these reasons... Speak to me, Breathe, On the Run, Time, Great Gig in the Sky, Us and Them, Any Colour You Like, Brain Damage, Eclipse...
everyone of those songs are timeless classics and seeing them performed live by the man who wrote the album will be quite exciting.....if only Nick Mason was there.
When I saw him, on his last tour of the US, he played Brain Damage/Eclipse as the encore. That day there was an eclipse(seriously). So the final words of the show were, "and the sun is eclipsed by the moon." Fucking unbelievable. His show is a must for any Floyd fan, especially if Nick Mason is gonna be his drummer this time round. Are there any more dates for the US tour? Cause I looked at his website and it's all Euro dates.
Looks like no Mason, and tickets are expensive as hell. I saw him on the In the Flesh tour and it was awesome though....if you're a big fan, it's worth it.

i got a pretty sweet triple LP from the time when dark side first came out where the band performed the whole album all the way through. Pretty f-in sweet.
Figured I would bump this because I fell asleep when tickets went on sale. I can still get lawn seats at my venue for $30 so I'm lucky. Get your tickets now!

my brother picked up 8 tickets so ill be going near detroit, Should be great , hate to be a party pooper but I wish david gilmore was playin with him been a long time since ive seen pink floyd , If roger was announced for roo that would be insane!

I saw Waters in Atlanta in '99 and Nashville in '00... both were amazing shows in their own right. Playing Dark Side of the Moon? Yes please! I'd love to see him visit the south eastern US next spring.
