OH man. Les is playing at the E-Factory? I go to school up in Boston, and wont even be in the country during July, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT TO SEE LES IN THE E-FACTORY. That is by far the best venue that has ever been created.
i think there is also a Lips show at the pier on july 16th, but i cant find info on it. it is the southern comfort tour thing. i will probably go to that too.
HOLY SH!T you're right, and it's FREE as well.
The Southern Comfort Music Experience (SCMX) is taking over Philly this July with a FREE two day music festival incorporating food, lifestyle and most importantly, creating legendary nights with friends. SCMX kicked off its summer tour in Atlanta and is making its second stop in Philadelphia’s Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing July 15th & 16th, before hitting San Diego and St. Louis. SCMX is a 21 and over event and will last from 12 noon to 11pm on Saturday and 12 noon to 10 pm on Sunday.
For 2 days Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing will be transformed into a rocking festival filled with great music, great food and great spirits. The mainstage will mix in some New Orleans spice with mainstream music including such bands as The Flaming Lips, Cowboy Mouth, Ozomatli, De La Soul and the Bob Mould Band. Apart from the superstar lineup SCMX will boast the all new SoCo Lime®-Light Lounge, Southern Comfort Hurricane® trailers and bars, and the best local grub.
Ummm, yeah, I'll be there. Reggae Fest too, methinks. I got time for that one.

definately hit reggae fest..if you havent seen Tea Leaf Green, you need to. if you have, then you know you need to be there.
i'll be at the reggae fest, can't make the grab/phil show next week but i'm going to see them in scranton on the 11th!!, other than that i'm waiting for my work schedule to come out so i can fill up my off days with good music!!!
THanks Man, i tried for minutes to figure that out, cause i knew it had to be that . . . . . . but my brain didnt connect . . . . . left plenty a brain cell in a feild in tennessee.
I have to re-work my $$ before buying anymore tickets. The SoCo free show looks like a go though.
Mike: How'd ya like Dave in Hershey? I thought it was decent but totally missed OAR because of the crazy traffic getting in (we ended up walking from our hotel - 2 miles away - which was fun all the same).

I thought the hershey show was great, caught the last 4 seconds of OAR. But DMB rocked. Best version of Crush, Bayou was awesome as always, and you gotta love back to back warehouse and nancies!! And i can never get tired of hearing ants marching
So who's going down to Penn's Landing this coming Sunday? Bob Mould, De La Soul, and The Flaming Lips. Can't ask for more than that....oh wait....yeah you can, cause it's FREE!!!
