the texas game REALLY REALLY worries me.... I knew they weren't a strong seed and I had UNC *barely* squeaking by them to face georgetown.... if usc plays like they did today, we are gonna get our asses handed to us.... oh well.... -L

No one on usc can handle Tyler Hansboro, and they arent as deep as UNC. I think USC is a better match up for them then Texas. UNC is just too much talent for USC. I have UNC losing to OSU in the rematch though.

When I was watching it I thought it should have been flagrant or intentional - whatever you want to call it. I haven't seen any replays though. I just thought the way he shoved him into the hoop support out of frustration like that, they would call it. Refs usually like to nip that kind of stuff in the bud.

And if you retaliate by shoving someone into the hoop you should be hit with a flagrant so the chippiness doesn't escalate. What do they always say, it's never the first person that's caught.
Doesn't matter now....good luck against Tennessee. I picked OSU in one bracket and UT in another. I hope it's as good a game as last time.
I think you, Xavier fans, and Skip Bayless are the only people who actually think he shoved him into the basket. Further, if you watch the replay, you will see the ref to the side of the play getting ready to call a foul against X but he raises his hand about halfway up then puts it down. Scared to make a call.
But yeah, it does not matter. Should be another thriller on Thursday.

It really doesn't matter if there was a foul before it. All that matters is his reaction. Too bad I don't have my finger on the pulse of america so I could know what everybody thinks and line up with them. In my eyes it looked like it should be called, I wouldn't expect it to look that way to someone invested in the situation.
