I'm just hoping the final four isn't OSU, Florida, Georgetown and UCLA. This might result in the most mind numbingly boring series of final four games ever. Think about it. When OSU is the most wide open team in the final four, you're in for a boring as hell watch.

I dont know, OSU just scored over 90, and Florida scored over 100 in the first round, although they arent puttin nearly that many up against UCLA. I think UNC will make it though, and that rematch with OSU will be good.
OSU scoring has more to do with their 3 point shooting than anything else. They're like A&M in that sense. Their ability to score in the 80s and 90s is almost completely dependent on their perimeter shooting.
Florida can score in the 100s, but they don't because they don't particularly play well together or take good shots. And Donovan has them focusing primarily on defense from what I've seen, which is smart given the feast or faminine nature of their scoring runs.

I am hoping that this is EXACTLY the final four...as this is what i have in my bracket.
I was pulling against my bracket in a few games (UT and Vandy for the sake of the SEC and Memphis since I live here)...but now I am pulling to win my bracket.
Congrats man. I took Kansas and Texas on the suckers bet. Texas, because I went with my heart over my brain. Kansas because I forgot the #1 rule of bracketology. NEVER PICK KANSAS.
I picked OSU though, and I still maintain Oregon will advance to the Final Four.

Its not even picking Kansas, its picking against the team that plays the best as a team in this tournament, thats something you cant overlook, and its why i have UCLA winning. They are experienced, and unlike Florida, they play like it. I personally feel Kansas was fielding a better team than Florida this year.
Thx...I would be leading my pool, but Gary Parrish (a guy who writes for sportsline.com and is always on the radio here in Memphis) assured everyone that Georgia Tech was going deep, and so I changed my picks. Anyway, I changed my picks to take GT all the way to the Elite 8...oh well...I still think I can win if my bracket pans out.

Fair enough, Oden will take care of Hibbert, or atleast negate each other, and i dont see Georgtown matching OSU's guard play, which is why i have UCLA beating OSU, because they can shut down our guards. Oden and Hibbert is gonna be a sweet match up, i think losing those points is probably worth seeing that.

-8 points good, so not very. Oh well, I'm either gonna be at the top of inforoo, or my money pool, so atleast its the latter. But damn, i wanted those braging rights. ;D
Well...my nightmare final four has come to pass. On paper, the matchups look great. In reality, I expect to be bored out of my mind in the last five minutes of each game. Hopefully I'm wrong, and we get three classics because the potential is there.
I still think the seeding of Florida as a #1 in the weakest bracket was one of the most questionable committee decisions in years. As was giving both Kansas and UNC #1 seeds and then pairing them with Georgetown and UCLA in regional finals that favored the 2 seeds. One of the weirdest moves in years. I mean, I understand that their were six teams this year that had legit cases for a 1 seed, but why in the world would the solution be to give the 2 seeds homecourt advantage in their regional finals?
For the first time that I can remember (which means probably ever), I nailed the Final Four...now, arguably this was the easiest year to do it...but I'm still proud of myself. Now I just need Florida to beat G-town in the finals, and I will win it all.

Damn, I thought I was going to have a perfect final 4 for sure, then carolina had to go on the cold spell of a lifetime. I had them winning it all over UCLA too, so I'm screwed.
Great match-ups in the final 4 though. Let's hope the games live up to their billing.
