It's says I'm 60% Dixie, which is crap. I'm ALLLL Dixies. I was born and raised in Arkansas. Could it be this 6 months in MA has sucked the Dixie out of me? I better charge back up when I go to 'Roo.
That said though, most of the questions didn't have a Dixie option at all. Hmm.
I have 58%, barely in Dixie, wihich geographically makes sense, I am in DC, which is about 60 miles south of the Mason-Dixon line, I grew up in Colorado, went to college in California, and lived with a bunch of guys from Boston, so the words I use are from all over the place anyway.

born and raised in Pittsburgh and now in college in NC. They say i'm 47% yankee...I always thought I fit better in the south. It does make may heart proud though to see them have yins (i prefer yinz spelling myself) and all they say is Western PA.

67% southern ("Dixie" just brings-up bad imagery for me).
While I have lived in the southeast for my entire life, this score surprises me. There's not much "southern" about me. When I lived in Knoxville, people regularly asked where I was from. Then they were quite surprised when i'd tell them that I was, in fact, a native. Oh well.....

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain. So hit me with music. Hit me with music, now, yeah. Hit me with music. Brutalize me with music.

63% Dixie, kinda a surprise as I grew up in upstate NY and went to college in NH before moving down to NC. My daughter's friends don't believe her when she tells them she was born down here because she learned to talk from Yankees... I guess the old saw is true - "just 'cause the cat had kittens in the oven, that don't make 'em biscuits!"

My history might not be perfect, but how is DC south of the M-D line? Wouldn't that make DC part of the Confederacy? Do you mean north of the line??
I winded up with 46% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category. I'm in the heart of the Yankee land, I've lived in Jersey, 10 minutes from NYC and Long Island, 20 minutes from NYC.
58% Dixie. I've was born and raised in MD, then to NC (Mostly), then to CA to CO to FL back to NC then back to MD. I hardly think I should have much yankee, but who knows. Crawl dads....
Mine said 68% Dixie-- I thought it was funny that things I have heard my whole life here in SC were listed as "heavily Michigan and west Great Lakes". I admit I have lived in NY, CA, FL, WV, and OH, but I was a Girl Raised In the South (G.R.I.T.) and came back to SC after all my wanderings.
Come on down to see me, becca, southern hospitality will abound. My daugher is about your age.
77%!!!!!!! Wow, gotta love Tennessee, look what it did to me. I lived in a redneck part of California for 9 years then in Tennessee for another 12 years. Now I'm stuck in Rhode Island There's got to be better states than this in New England! I like Boston!
