Songs I Love for the Wrong Reasons: "I Think I Love You"- David Cassidy "I'm Not In Love"- 10cc "Beautiful"- Christina Aguilera
Guilty Pleasure Artists: AC/DC Toadies Quincy Jones era Michael Jackson The Killers (so earnest it hurts)
Album I listened to in secret: The last Blink 182 album which was unabashedly a rip off of all things going on indie at the time, but catchier and more shallow
I also dig AC/DC and that one Toadies album, and "I'm Not In Love" is one of the greatest songs ever. I don't see shame in any of those. Christina Aguilera is another story...
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
ok, I feel like a douche for correcting, but... Men Without Hats did "Safety Dance".. "I think I'm Turning Japanese" was done by The Vapors. Both are guilty pleasures for me

I danced to Dido's Thank You at my wedding. I love Jason Mraz, Luce, and Lazlo Bane, um and pretty much all the other music already listed! This is a great thread.

I love like more than half these bands, and am not ashamed or hide it at all, they rock. Especially the Scissor Sisters, they do not deserve to be in this thread. Also, MCR, one of the bands i dont like from this, glam rock....... not so much. I can accept people liking them, but there is nothing glam about MCR. I love Natalie Merchant, but im not very secret about it.

I'd havta say mine are: Depeche Mode (most vocals are lame but awesome music) The Fat Boys (da original fat rappers) Smokey Robinson (hittin dem high notes) Weird Al Yankovic ( I'm serious) Right Said Fred ( Immmmm too sexy for this thread)
In honor of Fenway's opening night I'll admit it: Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. It is kind of like Pavlov, when I hear that song I think baseball, hotdogs, beer...

No, it's cool you corrected me. I thought for some reason MWH covered that song back in the 80's, but I can't find it anywhere online (looks like Incubus did, though). I guess I need to bust out my cassette collection again! ;D
