appalachian state beat michigan, at michigan (i was in the 14th row. i'm still not over it). michigan beat illinois, at illinois, without mike hart and with (.25)(ChadHenne) illinois beat ohio state, at ohio state ohio state's in the championship game. uh oh!
also, best sign i've seen this year (on gameday): "IF YOU CAN READ THIS, YOU'RE NOT A BUCKEYE". aha. it's nice having the little things when your team has lost six of the last seven. . .thank god for kirk ferentz! (insert heavy sarcasm here)

My favorite sign I saw on Gameday this year was at the LSU-Florida game, (I DVR'ed it so I could watch it when I got home, see if I could see myself..........I couldn't) anyway the sign read
"Tebow wears Jorts!"

well pretty irritated cuz i was going to go to the natl championship for about 300 bucks total now we are only playing jokelahoma in the fiesta bowl and no one even cares.
Yeah....I feel your pain...circa 2004... Sigh.... Take a deep breath and say....someone will LOSE...and they will feel CRAPPIER than US! ;D That is what got us through! At least you will always be able to say "we could have played them BETTER! "...that IS something!"

I still dont think he is on PetINO's level yet. Still hate that man, especially for going to Louisville after he flopped the Celtics deal. But then again he did get Chauncey Billups and not Tim Duncan.

i don't know how the month off effects teams, but VT should destroy Kansas man... there will be no excuses if they don't. My wife is a hokie, i'm a fokie... we'll be watching the game and playing some poker tonight...

If Kansas shows up to play, they have a chance to win I really believe.
And I hope you (or your wife) doesn't take offense to me hating VT athletics. It's more of a personal thing, ya see. In Roanoke, where I'm from - 45 min from Blacksburg - all I hear about are hokie praises. But last year my college (James Madison) played them in basketball. Now, we're a small school that is known for dominating I-AA football (until App. St. came around....) but either way, we're not a bball school at all. VT came and just knocked us around silly on the court as was expected, and I'm not mad about that. What I'm mad about is the disrespect the VT players showed the JMU faithful for showing up to the game still supporting the team even in an obvious defeat.
Oh yeah, I'm also pissed that they vandalized our locker room and wrote on the wall that our mascot was "gay"

I am not really a FL fan but I think Tebow is gonna make this one look pretty easy....sad to say
