What? St. Joe's shut them down a couple days ago. ST. JOE'S!
Question. So which #1 goes down first? How many #1's make it to the Final Four? I think Memphis goes down first. I only have two #1's makin it to the Final Four, UNC and UCLA.

I would hardly say Xavier was shut down. Did you see the last five minutes of the game when they finally started caring/playing? St. Joe's is a good team, don't get me wrong, but not even as close to as battle-tested/tournament-ready as Xavier is. With wins over Indiana, Kansas State, 3 over Dayton, Kent State, St. Joe's (though we did lose twice to them), UMass on the road, Rhode Island on the road, and taking Tennessee to the wire, I think Xavier's resume speaks for itself. I'm totally rooting for the A-10 teams, St. Joe's included, but clearly XU is the cream of the crop when it comes to those teams this year.
That's cool. I've just seen them play too much to think they're that good. I'm this close to picking UConn over them. UCLA's interior might be the most overrated frontcourt in the NCAA, and UConn has some beasts inside...
They got a bit lucky by drawing Xavier, Duke and UConn. Easily the weakest top draw in the tourney...

i've seen 'em play, too. that's why i think they ARE that good.
we'll just have to see how it pans out. i don't think anyone thought the college football would pan out the way it did, and march madness always holds surprises.
