i can't believe kansas pulled that out. first they some how slip past davidson then destroy unc and now come back from down 9 with 2 minutes left and beat memphis

I hate it for you voodoo, I really do. This is hard for me because I dislike Memphis, so I really didn't want them to win, but my best friend is a HUUUUGE K-State fan so I have to hate Kansas by proxy too. Boo on this tourney!

I must say that this tourney, altho it definitely had it's lows, was entertaining for me. I mean, honestly... could the final game have been any better? Regardless of who was playing and your bias towards teams, I could not have scripted a better game. It did nothing but confirm that both these teams deserved to be in the title game for me.
I'm feeling better now. My team gave me a great season and accomplished so much more than everyone thought they would. The experts pick against us in every game but this one (go figure) and we proved them wrong. Hey, theres always next year! Long live college sports. GO TIGERS!

funny how it all came down to the free throws. it cost them both of their losses on the season. it was actually pretty painful to watch the end of the game but mainly overtime because it was already kansas' when ot started.

this is why it angers me to no end when a team sucks at free throw shooting. if you are good enough to play D1 ball, you should be able to shoot a 12ft, uncontested shot.

Even more so in the pros coughshaqcough. If someone paid me 20 million dollars a year, the least i could do is learn how to make the majority of my free throws
I feel a lot of it though is crackin under the pressure in college ball though. Memphis didn't struggle with free throws so much until the last 30 seconds of the game, really.
