always hated duke myself, but I've got no room to talk, my Tigers fired our coach in the middle of the year (Thanks God!). Started playing a lot better when we got rid of him.

no way. xavier ftw.
i have to watch my aggies play against ucla tonight. it would be great if we were one of the biggest upsets of the tourney, but it would sufficiently fuck my brackets

2 men go into the restroom...one from duke, one from UNC...they do their business...the boy from duke washes his hands...the man from UNC heads for the door...the dukie says "at duke we learned to wash our hands after we pee."...the T A R H E E L replies..."at UNC we learned not to pee on our hands."
Wisconsin looked great today. Duke looked like a 4 seed. The committee clearly got their seedings wrong when they gave Duke the 2 over Wisconsin...
Stanford-Marquette is the first truly great game I've seen in the tourney thus far. Not saying there haven't been very good ones. But these are two teams with very different styles playing great basketball to an impasse. Whoever loses this game has nothing to be ashamed of.

I'm sort of torn as to the Bruins strategy of slowing the tempo down to half court. On one hand, they appear to be exerting far less energy than A&M which could help them in the second half. On the other hand, slowing it down allows the Aggies to turn it into a slugfest, and that's how A&M wins games.
It's hard to say which way this game is going, but at this point, I'd venture to say the UCLA game plan reeks of disrespect for the Aggies. You run the Aggies off the court in the first half. You don't let them hang around...

dudezer...you're right. we're scrappy. give us the slightest hint that we could win, and we'll gain momentum from that. i'll be curious to see how both teams come out in the second half.
Love's draft stock drops a little more everytime he touches the ball tonight. Another slow big who's developed an outside shot to distract scouts from the fact that he can't cut it inside.
