Evil Twin does some great stuff. I hope I can track down their combo brew with South Carolina's Westbrook Brewery which is supposed to be called Mexican Biscotti Break. Evil Twin does a tasty imperial stout called Biscotti Break, and Westbrook's Mexican Cake stout is chased after in this area.
I've spoiled myself on delicious dark beers lately. My peeps at the bottle shop held me a 6-pack of Stone Xocoveza (and they're gettin' another shipment tomorrow!), and I just picked up a 4-pack of Southern Pines Drunk Vigel that I am very excited to try. Also snagged a bomber of Evil Twin Liquid Double Fudge ($8 fer like 12%) and a Aun Mas Cafe Jesus to go along with my regular Aun Mas and Aun Mas Chili.

I've gone over budget already in my first week in beer shoppin', but it all looks so good! I picked up a barrel-aged Stone Xocoveza, a large can of barrel aged Ten-Fiddy from Oskar Blues, Unknown's Dos AKs, and some Stone Enjoy By 12.25. Oh, and I got lucky on a run of Epic's Big Bad Baptist bottles (70, 73, 74, and 78) and a bottle of Double Barreled BBB! It's gonna be a boozy X-Mas this year!
I was bad again this week. Lagunitas High Westified Imperial Coffee Stout, and Victory Java Cask hit the shelves as I was shoppin' today. I also picked up another Mother Earth Silent Night (now I can age a bottle), and what I'm drinkin' now from Clown Shoes. Blaecorn Unidragon, a Russian imperial stout. Very tasty. And a solid 12.5%abv.

I much prefer the Trillium experience:

I like Tree House, but it's not good enough to justify what people to do get it. I hope it'll get better when they move to Charlton.
Haven't gotten around to Trillium yet. Mainly because I don't like driving into Boston. But I see there's one in Canton now, which I may need to hit up after New Years.
A couple weeks ago I did get down to Proclamation. After Captain's Daughter, they have the next six highest rated beers on Beer Advocate from RI. They have some good single hop APA's and their oatmeal stout is amazing.
