does anyone remember why kobe is number 24 now anyways he used to be number 8, i never knew why he changed
I'm tellin you, 24 is to one up Jordan. 8 is like his high school number 33 pasted together, side to side. I really have no idea, but I'll leave you with this.........
Can't wait for this series to start, regardless of the outcome. I'm giddy like a school girl ;D
That just made me throw up a little bit in my mouth. Blasphemy!
i totally agree...the man may be good, but in now way does he compare to jordan...jordan cry to the bulls owner threatening to leave because his team sux, jordan was liked by everyone because he was respectible and not conceded, jordan has an entire clothing and merchandise selection, and also JORDAN DID NOT RAPE ANYBODY...just had to be said

danbird..
wtf., man?
you a laker fan or something?..i mean i love watching kobe play..but i hate the lakers...the only thing making me root for LA is my irrational (or maybe justified) hatred of all things boston, especially the celtics.

I was born in SoCal man, what can I say? The purple and gold run deep My whole family is Lakers fans. I remember watching Magic battle Bird. I remember watching Kareem's sky hook. I split my affections now, but unfortunately it always seems the LA teams make it further than my Philly teams. I was rooting for the Sixers when they played the Lakers in the 01 finals, so don't worry

oh yea..and if boston has any shot whatsoever in this series..they better steal game 1 (i think its the easiest to steal especially after a long layoff.)
if not..this series wont last long..
speaking of...games 4 and 5 are thurs and sunday...think the cinema tent will have the games on? i remember watching various sporting events in my previous roo's. (the most memorable of which was the US/Italy world cup game..that was a good time)
Dude, I seriously can't concentrate on anything but bonnaroo right now. . .It's to the point where I'm poking myself in the eye with foreign objects. . . I think I just need to be sedated until Tuesday. . . . Dystopian Dream

as much as i wan't the celtics to win to i didn't want a sweep i love basketball to much to see it end that quickly game 4 is gonna be real tough i will be working on a serious drink in the tent watching the game
I just don't get the Lakers lathargic play. It wasn't until late in the 4th that they stepped it up. Odom and Gasol finally decided it was time to put forth some effort. They play so much better when they aren't standing around waiting for Kobe to do something. Seemed like they were doing that alot last night.
