Cobra was one of the highlights of the night for me. Jim James and Co. brought down the house. I am making it my goal to be at Madison Square Garden on NYE.
P.S. Run Thru was THE highlight of the night for me.
Run Thru...that breakdown is probably just about the greatest thing to hear live. How was the crowd around you? I was shocked at how many people were sitting down and didn't seem into it at all! I was in the upper balcony though so I couldn't really see what the crowd looked like down below, hopefully they were goin nuts.
I was down on the floor ORCHRC Row J. The crowd around me was totally into it. From about Run Thru to the end of the show, everyone around was going nuts.

going to orlando tonight for the MMJ show gonna deff hit up pleasure island afterwards and maybe a drink or corn in the partking lot lol... watch out for security on regular bikes...

Hellz yes, today is mmj day for me and my first-time friend, too! I don't even care that I lost my wallet and the $400 in it and my TN driver's license two days ago and now I don't have an id to drink anywhere! I don't care, because Jimmy and the boys are going to meltburn down implode the HoB tonight in Orlando! Its gonna be awesome!
And the switched-up-but-slightly-reserved setlist from the Miami show makes me think they're gonna tear it up extra hard. And we'll probably get Steam Engine!
We did not get Steam Engine, but they rocked out anyway. Opened with Anytime, Aluminum Park, Off the Record and Evil Urges, and the order gets fuzzy from there on. We also got The Way He Sings and Evelyn back to back. Good show.
Orlando was amazing!!! Saw a few Roo 08 shirts floating around. I'm the one that was still rocking the Roo wristband ;D
Yeah, i think i saw one Roo shirt for ever 10 people... I was the tall guy in front of the soundboard wearing the Disco Biscuits shirt.
I was also standing next to a guy that looked identical to Trey Anastasio, singing along to almost every song, and oddly enough after the show people were shaking his hand saying "it was a pleasure meeting you!" Very weird!!! I snapped a couple pictures of him, just in case it was... lol.

Charlottesville is where its at. Well its at least where i'll be at. Danville, i'll take it if this deal also includes transportation and lost wages. ;D

I only wish it was as exotic as a knife fight. No, just some bacteria-laden eyeliner resulting in the most horrific stye to ever exist.
Last night's show was fantastic. War Begun in to Phone Went West in to Cobra made me so, so happy. I wish I could say the same about the stiff audience. Move, people, move!
Wish I could make Charlottesville, but I've got other commitments and a trek up to Philly tomorrow. Enjoy!
^^loves it. You look like a total pirate. That is neat. Next time, you'll just need to replace that Stella Artois with a jug of rum with 3-4 Xs painted on the front, and maybe get yourself a parrot, a hook and iSkew's hat.
HAHAHA. Aw, thanks....I realize I look ridiculous, but the stye is gruesome. I have a pirate's hat that would give iSkew's a run for its money. Hmmm...
