dood... i'm trying to check my musictoday account.
my one email which i'm pretty sure is the one i purchased the 2008tix/dvd with is not working and it won't let me reset my password.
my alternate email worked fine, but ZERO sign of a dvd purchase/shipment...
i'll be pissed if somehow my account got deleted and i don't get my effing DVD! how much do you think i could sue for?
EDIT: I HAD MERCHANDISE@MUSICTODAY SET ON MY BLOCKED LIST. so i haven't been getting emails from them for a while now. I suppose i SHOULD have gotten that email you guys were talking about but probably didn't...
I didn't order my copy until the e-mail/notice was circulated a month or so ago, so maybe that has something to do with it? Don't despair, I'm sure yours is coming soon!

I got no email either - I am gonna be so pissed if the people that ordered one in January get theirs before the rest of us that ordered one with our tickets
I'm sure they'll all be mailed out within a week of each other. I'm happy mine is on the way as the friend I went to Bonnaroo '08 with (it was the first for both of us) is flying in from Colorado next week. It'll be nice to watch it together as we work on our costumes for '09!
well we kinda have to get the dvds this week as its the last week of january. if we don't ... well lets just say bonnaroo will have some trouble selling a dvd in the future years.

is anyone (typing this i realize its kind of a dumb question but...) really upset about this? because im not
the way i see it its $10 dollars i dont miss and im going to get the DVD eventually. as far as i am concerned its really just a bonus bc i was lucky enough to get 1st teir tickets otherwise i would have been forced to spend the money regardless.
No, for me it's not about the actual DVD but the lack of respect shown to us by the PTB. If they were going to miss their mid-December deadline by a month and a half, they probably should have known before mid-December and they should have let us know.

By nature a lot of us are pretty easy going but if you take advantage of that we will get pretty pi55ed. A little common courtesy goes a long way. Had they issued an email in November apologizing for the delay and giving a new timetable for shipment, I doubt that this thread would exist. If they had thrown in a free download of one of their sets this thread would exist as a celebration of their goodwill.
