I just got the email, 15 business days?!?!?! How are they sending this? Are they walking them to each person individually? Getting this DVD has turned into a major cluster fudge.
BTW I think its ridiculous that people who paid in December got that email before I did, and I paid for it 11 and a half months ago....
Have you still not got the e-mail? I also bought the DVD when I purchased the tickets and just got the e-mail today saying it's on the way.
It says that if you don't get it within the 15 days it quotes you to call customer service at 866-418-6811 or e-mail them at RooDVD@pmci.us ..but I don't know if either of those would help if you haven't even gotten a confirmation that it's on the way... ???
It would appear that e-mails are being generated from two different places, so maybe that's the difference b/w the timing on those who ordered recently and those who placed orders with their tickets? Regardless, it appears they are on their way!
I definitely just got home and what did i find waiting for me but a nice little brown package... what could this be i asked myself so i quickly tore it open to discover my bonnaroo dvd... SWeeeness!!!... quickly popped it in my dvd player and it let me relive so many of the great moments that was bonnaroo... Seriously if anyone has ever had any doubts about going to the roo just sit them down and make them watch this holy of all holies dvd... there will be no question they will be first in line to buy a ticket... This is what will sustain my hungering soul until Roo!!!

so yea definitely got my email on the 26th saying it was shipped so three days thats not too bad... i'm also in south carolina and it was shipped from virginia

Thanks. I did get the email Wednesday. Hopefully its waiting at my house....
i got mine yesterday and just finished watching it. it's ok, but it's not as good as the one from 2004. it still captures the vibe of the festival pretty well though.

Just got mine today and got a bonus of two for the price of one had a smile and hard on all afternoon thinking of al my bonnafriends and bonnafamily that I've spotted on video . Now I'm jonesin like a raped ape for 09 . Hope you are all as happy with it as i am .
i'm glad i ordered this last February...i still don't have it. this is ridiculous. at this point, i would just like my money back. how do people that ordered last month get it before people who ordered almost a year ago?! makes no sense whatsoever.

i ordered mine like a week and a half ago for my birthday...stoked that it came so soon...
not to rub it in on everyone else who ordered it early...if i hadnt forgotten to do that last year id be in the same boat. should be coming soon though!

I'm guessing they turned the later/overflow orders over to another company to handle? That's the only thing that makes sense in terms of more recent orders getting shipped out first.
if the dvds came out of richmond like the tickets then it might make sense that some people got them sooner than others. i live in raleigh, so i'm not terribly far from richmond, assuming they came out of there. i'm sure everyone else's will show up in the next few days.
still nothing....if i wasn't checking this thread and seeing all the people that got theirs already...and i, too ordered mine in Feb of last year....maybe it wouldn't be soooo bad!

i live about 2 hours from where it was shipped... and it's been 3 or 4 days now... hopefully today... :-)
