I got one of these & it works beautifully! Will charge my iPhone at least 5 times on 1 charge. Only downfall is it takes close to 8 hours to fully charge it. Highly recommended!
Hmm interesting...It takes 8 hours to fully charge your phone or the portable charger?

The charger takes close to 8 hours to charge but it'll charge my iPhone completely in less than 45 minutes.
The 2014 Weather thread inspired me to go get some actual rain boots. I picked these up from Amazon for $23. The reviews looked good so hopefully they will last a while. And if they don't then hey, they were $23...
Where is the best place to snag some zero gravity chairs?? My cheap camping chairs finally gave out last weekend and I may as well finally upgrade to the good stuff
Gander Mtn, Cabela's, Dick's Sporting goods (although I find them to be expensive).
Gander actually has their "cheaper" ones on sale right now for 49.99 online.
When I went to the store it rang up 79.99 but the girl checked online and then changed it to 49.99 Still expensive for a camping chair, but those things are pretty nice!

I think the vibram five finger shoes are way better than any rain boot ever made. Truck right on through whatever the farm throws at you spray them off at the end of the night and repeat next day. The mud around the portos last year in pod 1 was at times past your ankles deep... worked for those of us with proper shoes though as they stayed pretty clean due to the mud moat surrounding them!

Do your feet stay dry? That's my main concern with Vibrams. They'd protect you from cuts and stuff but I want a nice, dry foot.

They dont stay dry, they stay clean though. And the wetness is never really an issue, it feels like it is mostly absorbed by whatever material is on the top. I use them for everything from fishing, to hiking, festivals, pools.. well worth the $$ and probably one of my top 5 "must have" items for Bonnaroo
Just got my Tagital External Power Bank (20,000mah) to charge my phone at Bonnaroo! Charges an average phone 5-8 times before it needs to be recharged. A little on the heavy side (weighs about 1.5 lbs) it is as long as a cell phone and as wide as a Universal TV Remote. It charged my Motorola Droid X2 from 0 to 100% in 17 minutes!
I picked one of these up at $20. It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge my Nokia phone and I have no idea yet how many times it will charge. I'm glad I grabbed it when I did.
I usually just bring two ponchos. A heavy duty, nice one I got a few years back in the case that it keeps raining hard for a while and then I tend to carry around one of those cheap little plastic bag type thingies that they sell for a a dollar or two at most stores. I rarely ever end up needing the heavy duty one, but it's good to have.

Bought a zero gravity chair today at Sports Authority for $34.99.
Where can I find a good deal on batteries? I need quite a few "D" batteries. Like, 30 ish.
Preferably duracell... I need my D's to last ;-)
I always buy Rayovac batteries. They're just about as good as Duracell but cheaper. I get mine at WalMart but that's really the only local place for me to get them.

I always use the Blue Rayovac batteries. I did a test a few years back and Duracells only lasted 10 minutes longer and Energizer lasted 5 minutes less (D Batteries in a portable fan).

Just bought a 10X10 canopy at CVS in Atlanta for $29. Mostly likely will be a piece of ****, but will keep the receipt at home and return if it falls apart.
