sun. is the only day i could see more adds. maybe some of the ones i am projecting for sun. are actually playing thur. and if down and the ting tings have really canceled, both were projected for sun.
wait, is it rumored that the tings tings and down have cancelled?
They aren't on the the poster on Bonnaroo.com anymore. So not sure but it looks very well like they may indeed have cancelled.

^Well I guess that would somewhat confirm it, karma for the research. I wonder why they would go to the trouble of altering the poster, and not the "complete lineup" section. As well as not making an official announcement.
They(Bonnaroo) have done this several times before over the past few years,Deleting people and never make an announcement. Black Kids last year come to mind and Jesse Sykes a few years before.

Why only 45 minutes for some acts sangreal? Do they format it like that often?
Also. For navigation purposes. Would you say it's best to choose only say maybe 5 bands you truly want to see. Catch those shows, and float thru the rest? To keep yourself from being tired or disappointed that you didn't see everything you wanted to?

yea, a few early in the day and some of the late night acts only get 45. but for the most part everyone gets an hr. or more. the way i have always done it is watching whole sets. you're going to miss some things that you want to see either way. and you are going to be tired either way. so i choose to enjoy the full shows instead of running around catching parts of everything.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
I definetly enjoy full shows more....something about the anticipation for the band to start and following through the progression of the set....not that I havent jumped into the middle of some awesome performances I just prefer whole sets.
is anyone sure that ting tings and down were EVER on the poster? i remember seeing some on the initial lineup that weren't on the poster.
Someone said they were both in Europe. I didn't see that being case for the Ting Tings. Their website still has Bonnaroo. Down is in fact in Europe: Sat Jun 13, 2009 Download Festival Donington, Derby, England
If Down is performing at the Download Festival on Saturday, they could still play Thursday night at Roo. There's a whole day of travel time in between.

Except they no longer have Roo listed on their website. Wasn't Down rumored as dropping out a while ago? I don't care that much because I'm not into metal.
In terms of the Ting Tings, I wouldn't be that disappointed. I like that one song all my friends seem to hate ("That's Not My Name") and the lead singer would be the hottest performer at Bonnaroo, but I'd probably end up skipping out on them for someone else (like Public Enemy on the current mock schedule)
U could take off the Allmans, move Snoop into their spot and give phish an extra half hour. Then maybe Heartless Basterds or Govt Mule to open What Saturday.

i updated the mock and put it in the first post of the thread. i think that 6 pm set time is just a default time for heartless bastards, they also have that listed for sasquatch. i'm holding on to hope for the allmans. i probably won't take them off until it is absolutely clear they are not playing.

nice job on the mock sangreal. have some karma. that's the best version you've made so far - nearly all of the acts playing on the same day/same stage or tent seem to go very well together. i'm not sold on the spot you've got public enemy in however. i just keep picturing public enemy opening for snoop. i'll go out on a limb and say that the real schedule will look very similar to this.

honestly, i didn't know where to put public enemy. and i don't see anyone on sun. to open what stage. so i put them there.

I didn't make it but i'd say it is. Last year there was normal superjam and jazz tent superjam. I'd like to see that trend continue....even tho i missed the tent superjam. I heard amazing things about it though.
I hope regular superjam is during the day this year. late night's crazy enough
