we were all young once, so at one time we all had bad taste in music, so we've probably all seen bands we really regret seeing in concert
here are some bands that either really sucked or i today think, what the hell was i thinking:
everlast (the worst show i've ever seen) - remember the song "what its like". he was opening for lenny kravitz and the black crowes
metallica - yeah i said it, even though they played roo last year. hate may be a strong word but f*ck it. they were the first band i ever saw in concert and i hate them. i lost respect for these guys long ago.
ozzfest 2000 - i'm sorry but i basically despise metal now. you couldn't pay me enough money to see any of these bands today.
korn, limp bizkit, family values tour 99 - more crap i'm ashamed to say i once listened to. i know les claypool was involved with family values with primus but they didn't play at the show i saw, so i still respect les
some others: reel big fish, nofx, megadeth, good charlotte, sum 41, journey, reo speedwagon, 311 (yeah i said that too, i think they suck, smite me if you wish motherf*ckers)
I'm the opposite of moderate, immaculately polished With the spirit of a hustler and the swagger of a college kid Allergic to the counterfeit, impartial to the politics Articulate but still would grab a ni**a by the colla quick
N'Sync, on the other hand, was the opposite. As I mentioned, I took someone there on a date, expecting it to be a complete waste of money and time. And yet I had a lot of fun, almost to my chagrin. The singing was great, there were some surprisingly covers (Hey Jude) and they were great entertainers (particularly Timberlake).
Seeing the footage from his FutureSex/LoveSounds tour made me wish I had been there. I would've felt out-of-place at the concert, but damn does it look like a great show.
OAR love listening to them while driving but there show really sucked (and it was at the Tabernacle, like the greatest venue, ever). I mean even if their performance was OK, the frat-tastic GA Tech sausage fest completely ruined it...I was there with a girlfriend, and we must have been the only people with corn, because as soon as people got a whiff they were all over us begging for a taste......really awful show, I think we may have even left early.
