ok wow. if pj and dmb only get 90 minutes that would suck. guess i will have to see who is playing vooodoo.
have you ever been to a city fest? just about all of them have to end all set times by 10pm or so. that's a lot of bands to fit in a very small time table.
which is why aftershows are where the party's at!! ;D ;D

i can't believe tickets sold out so quickly! really killer lineup and i'm so glad i bought my ticket last week! i also really like that they moved it to october, hopefully that will make at least a little bit of a difference in temp.
Man - that was fast. I bought my ticket today - but if I remember correctly, in the past people have been able to trade in their 3 single day tickets for a 3 day wristband the day before the fest. I wonder if they will do this seeing how quickly 3 day passes went?
Yeah...my advice to people who didn't get their 3 day passes is just to wait for another batch to get released. 3 day passes always "sell out" when they put the day tickets onsale. Then they magicallly reappear later on down the line.
I know a couple folks who were able to by 3-day passes on ebay just a couple weeks before the fest last year. They both paid about the same I did in May for mine.

No. Aftershows are at multiple venues around town and they require separate tickets (they're not really affiliated with the festival, even though C3 may own some of the venues and/or manage some of the artists).

Hi friends, I am hoping to attend ACL this year as a member of the Press... I've applied for a pass already and hope to hear back within a few weeks.. I was curious as to whether they only offer a very limited amount, making it hard to receive one.. Does anyone know my chances at getting one?
I was approved for two at Bonnaroo, so I was hoping that if I am good enough for Bonnaroo that ACL will take me too haha.. hopeful they will anyways ;D
I checked my old e-mails yesterday because I was wondering when they announced them last year....I bought my Black Keys aftershow tickets on August 16th. With the festival being pushing back another week, I guessed late August would be when they would start announcing acts/selling the tickets.

I am not sure why I did not look at this thread earlier, but listening to Sirius, they were talking about the ACL lineup and I may have to plunk down some money for tickets.
I need to figure out where to stay, need a parking spot in a back yard to a can stay in my roof top tent. Would rather stay close to the site, but another option is to bring the bike and ride to and from.
