So I guess there's two different routes to get to Roo from Cinci (figured all of you will be driving through cinci on your way).
Here's the google maps link, if you scroll over the two options it highlights the routes. Which do you think would be better or have less traffic? maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Cincinnati,+OH&daddr=1560+New+Bushy+Branch+Rd+Manchester,+TN+37355&hl=en&geocode=FW8rVQId8JX2-in5ITjesVFAiDEXk8Dki377aQ%3BFVRbHQIdUf3e-ilNwxugSmhhiDG4Zcr9nglxJQ&mra=ls&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=32.472848,79.013672&ie=UTF8&z=7

me and my gf probably will be going through nashville. seems the fastest and staying on i-75 would get old lol
I feel ya, I can't remember which way we went last year but we made good time and barely had to wait in line to get in. Are you not worried about Nashville being really slow/backed up? Trying to avoid traffic as much as possible..
Hey, I realize this is kind of short-ish notice (10 days!!!), but it would be BEYOND amazing if I could hitch a ride to 'Roo from Cleveland and back. I'm nervous about making the drive on me lonesome and carpooling makes much more sense. Takers... takers....? I don't bite, I swear!
Does anyone know anyone from the Columbus area who is volunteering? I applied to volunteer when they reopened the applications, got accepted and am now pretty sure I have to drive down alone. I'm not too terribly worried about it, but IF someone wanted to meet up, I could def use the driving help! I get restless if I have to drive a long way alone.
^^^ Our group is leaving early on Wednesday from Columbus and we have extra room, but we're not volunteering. I don't know if that would work out or not, this is our first Roo and we don't know quite what to expect honestly lol.
If so, just let me know on here and if you can pitch in a share of the gas we might be able to help you out. I can't believe it's like a week away!

Leaving Cincinnati around 6 on Wednesday night if you have no other options and can get here by then? Wife 29 and I 36 stop at Walmart and then get in early Thursday and head to tent only.
I still haven't decided when to leave, considering roo is only 6 hours from Cincy. Might be going in a caravan with Akickintheteeth. I want to get there around 10 am but leaving a 4 in the morning does not sound appealing.
stuck inside of kent with the ohio blues again. my ride canceled on me last night so i'm frantically looking for a ride. could travel to columbus for sure. you ever been. only missed '06 so far and dont plan on missin this one. feel free to call me if you can help33-554-6607 thanx!!!
i would like to amend the above post to say i could def get to cincy, since it sound like thats where alot of ya'll r from. hit me if anyone can help a brother out!
I'm in Steubenville, Ohio looking for rides for 2, either to and from, just to, or back home after the 4 days. If anyone is traveling from, by, or through the Ohio Valley: Southeast Ohio/ western PA around Pittsburgh/ Northern WV and have room for 2 we would greatly appreciate the lifts. We could arrange to meet somewhere close to this area. Of course gas money would be supplied and so would good company and 'good vibes'. Please contact me ASAP!!
My two friends and I are uc students. They're leaving early Sunday but I want to stay for Sunday. Cher S. said she could give me a ride back but I still haven't heard from her again. If I never hear back from her, do you think you could give me a ride back to cincy?

Dreadmau5 and Juicebox, I am from cincy and heading down early morning thursday preferable. I am going down by myself and think a caravan or carpool would be a good time. I am very well prepared and have a long bed truck for plenty of supplies. let me know what you all think!? 513-257-1913

Hell yeah! Latone is hooking me up with a ride! My two friends still need a ride though so if anyone from the nati has any extra room we'd really appreciate it. This caravan is a good idea but we'd all have to agree on leaving at the same time which might be difficult.

Actually nevermind about my friends. They need to leave really early Sunday before any bands start and I'm sure nobody else wants to do that so they're on their own.
I'm leaving from northwest Ohio, preferably late Wednesday or very early Thursday and will be staying until Monday. I have an extra ticket available to sell. I'm also looking to carpool. E-mail me if interested in the ticket, carpooling or both.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I'm also leaving C Bus Wednesday morning. We usually stay at one of the nearby campgrounds, so after the long car ride we can jump in their spring-fed swimming pool and cool off. Then we head in early Thursday morning.
